One way transfer for up to 10 passengers within 22 miles of the Orlando International Airport (MCO). All taxes, fees, and tolls are included. Only driver's gratuity is not included. To go to Port Canaveral area, please us this product instead: 124462P8 Van holds approximately 8 medium size suitcases total. Rate includes meet and greet service at the baggage claim area (he/she will have a sign with your last name on it) where driver will help with luggage if necessary and drive you directly to your destination. This is a private service and will never be shared with any other parties. Vehicles used are generally passenger Vans or SUVs (depending on party size). All pictures shown are for illustration purpose only. Actual product may vary (make, model, color, etc.). One (1) Front Facing car seat and two (2) backless booster seats can be included free of charge upon request. Popular destinations are all Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, and International Drive area hotels and resorts. We had a longer wait than expected. 30 minutes and I had to contact driver to see where he was. No one met us in baggage claim to help with luggage as described in purchase. Once found him helpful with luggage and transport

Our previous client got us delayed by about 20 minutes and traffic from WDW to the airport was extremely heavy that day, which made us even more behind schedule. Also, driver couldn't answer his phone while driving and therefore first contact was not made in time. Our sincerest apologies for missing you when you came down to baggage claim. Everything was easy setting up and the charter operator was very responsive to any request. Our driver, Kenneth, was excellent, the van was roomy and comfortable. The ride to Disney was great. We will be using them heading back to the airport!!!

We were a group that was coming from 3 directions. The driver was monitoring the last flight from Frontier. We were all delayed due to a storm but arrived within 45 minutes of one another. Unfortunately the frontier flight was delayed further because no open gate and then luggage took over an hour to unload. Driver was patient but there was a language barrier.
