I could not recommend this tour more! We will be back and hopefully have Juan as our guide again. It was our first time snorkeling, and Juan was very kind and patient teaching us. The reef was gorgeous and full of life! Exploring Portobelo felt like hopping back in time. It was such a great experience full of history and beautiful views.

I could not recommend this tour more! We will be back and hopefully have Juan as our guide again. It was our first time snorkeling, and Juan was very kind and patient teaching us. The reef was gorgeous and full of life! Exploring Portobelo felt like hopping back in time. It was such a great experience full of history and beautiful views.

This was such a fun tour! Juan was great, very knowledgable about the areas we visited, and made sure so show us all the good spots in the cove we snorkeled around in.

Fun snorkeling trip! It was the first snorkeling experience for my teenage niece, and she enjoyed this introduction. We were picked up on time from our hotel, and Juan was very friendly and well-informed. He shared information about Panama on the drive to the coast. Once there, we had a short boat ride (on pretty choppy waters) to the cove. He had supportive gear for the new snorkeler and stayed near to help her feel secure. The water wasn't super clear on the day we were there, but the fish and coral were so close that it wasn't much of a problem. It started to rain, so our tour of the fort, the church and the town was a bit brief; lunch was a very casual and affordable Chinese place. Overall a fun experience - well worth adding to your trip to Panama!

Juan kept us informed on everything on the drive to the snorkeling spot. We had a private little beach to snorkel from and sit on. Then we had a nice lunch in the town of Portobello. Very nice day.

Our guide Juan was fantastic. He has a wealth of knowledge about the natural environment and the history of Panama and was happy to answer our many questions. The snorkeling was wonderful. The reefs are in pretty good shape and there were many interesting fish. The only regret is that the snorkeling felt rushed. I would have preferred having more time in the water and less in Portobello, but others may feel differently. The equipment, especially the masks, were great. One recommendation is to bring synthetic socks, as the flippers can be hard on bare feet.

Amazing experience! Guide was fantastic -- super knowledgeable, considerate and communicative. Took us to a fairly unpopulated beach that had tons of undisturbed coral reefs. Never seen anything like it!

We took a boat to a little island early there was only one other family there when we arrived. The beach was beautiful and during snorkeling we saw amazing fish and corals.

Our family of four had a great time! We saw many fish and beautiful coral! Juan was a very good tour guide! Lunch at Castillo was delicious! Also, we enjoyed walking around the Spanish fort. One suggestion: If you want to swim with fins, be sure to bring your own. Masks and snorkels are provided. Again, great tour! Two thumbs up!

We had a good time snorkeling with family. We saw all kinds of fish and coral. The water felt good and our guide Juan was really nice and informative. I would recommend this tour.
