We gave you several options, to queue in the line, join the next tour at 5:30pm or get a full refund. Since you were unable to join due to organized plans, the team has directly proceeded with the refund.
The situation of the elevators is not in our hands and we can’t know it in advance, as it is the Eiffel Tower's management decision.
Lastly I totally understand your disappointment, however, the 1 star review is low knowing that we made our best to provide you with alternatives to compensate the force majeure.
