Going up the tower at night is a must do and the tower sparkling light show at dusk was amazing . The boat had us parked for an amazing view of the light show. The only negative was that the meeting point was not clear and people were scrambling to find the group.

Perfect except for the meeting place

The tour itself was absolutely amazing. The meeting place leaved a lot to be desired. There was a group of 10 or 12 of us all standing waiting for someone holding a sign that said the tour guy and no one was around. I did get a text and asked him to come find us. We were standing in the exact place where it said to go on the site. There was no communication whatsoever. No signs. No one to speak to nothing

Had a blast! The top of the Eiffel Tower was breathtaking and our tour guide, Regy, was a 10 out of 10!

Regy (sp?) was fabulous! He was knowledgeable, kind, and fun. He was patient. The evening’s weather was challenging and he never rushed us, and was patient and kind to all of us.

Meeting directions were confusing. The statue used as meeting point was under construction and not visible. It was difficult to get in touch with anyone for clarification. The worst Viator trip I have been on.

Disgusting, complete waste of money

The tour guy company changed the time of the tour. They messaged me to let me know in the afternoon on the day!!! , we did not see the message as we were on another tour and could not make the different time, so I would of canceled. It was my friends 60th birthday and I had planned the whole day. We did not confirm the time change and now we missed the tour and lost £165.88 as they won’t refund they insisted we arrived late!!! When I tried to contact them there was no answer, if they had of answered we could of completed the river cruise with them and just missed the Eiffel Tower tour! Please do not book with this company they are awful, they basically blamed us for not being there for the different time, but what tour company changes the time of tours surely they know people plan their days out!!!!! They were not the only tour we had that day!!! Very very disappointing!!! Won’t use again.

Hi Julie, I am sorry you did not receive the details of the change to your tour. If you review the communications, the date we sent this change was on October 12th for your tour on November 13th. The communication of this change went to the Viator Message platform and sent SMS to the number you gave Viator. Which I can confirm both communication systems are working since you have communicated on both after you had missed the tour start time. If this new start time did not work with your schedule, you had up to 24 hours before the tour to cancel your service. Unfortunately, we never received any follow up on this change. I am sorry that you had missed this experience; as I read that my colleague also tried to find you an alternative date, but you were leaving the following day.

This is a great trip and we enjoyed it thoroughly-we learnt so many new facts about Paris and an hours trip flew by-our guide on the boat was fun and informative. Our Eiffel Tower trip was superb with our guide being really mindful of the fact we had a table booking. He stayed with us throughout and again gave us a superb fun informative tour. The instructions to meet were very clear but despite that we felt the choice of meet-up was a bit confusing. But 5 stars for the guide-I’d recommend and book again.

I booked the skip-the-line Eiffel tower tour and Siene River cruise experience through Viator and it was a bust. The Tour Guy is the agency that was supposed to be our guide. We followed instructions on the meeting location and time that was an hour before the start of the cruise, but The Tour Guy representative never showed up. There was no contact number just an email address that went unanswered. Fortunately, we were still able to get on the cruise and purchased Eiffel Tower tickets independent of The Tour Guy. I'm not at all happy with this company and wouldn't recommend them for any future services.

Eifel Tower skip the line was a great experience and definitely worth investing the extra to hop the line. The guide was fun and informative with much knowledge of the tower and surrounding buildings. The river cruise was great and weather was perfect for the trip. It was not a guided trip so no commentary but views of the Louvre and other buildings were unobstructed and unique. There was a bar on board for refreshments and they provided good service. All in all a grand highlight for any Paris trip.

The experience did not happen due to scheduling problems on the part of the company.

If you were a Viator client, the initial change would have been sent in the chat feature offered in Viator.
