The service provider cannot be held responsible for waiting times caused by a large number of visitors or due to technical problems which can cause the tour to be modified on the day of the visit. No refund is possible in these circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Underwhelming

Standing in line for nearly two hours and being unable to hear anything the tour guide said (she was lovely, though!) it would’ve been faster to show up at the front of the line and buy a ticket first thing.

Guide provided us with expired Seine River cruise tix and told us we could use them anytime in the next year. Went on the Tower tour, intending to do the river cruise later in the week. When I discovered the cruise tix had expired, I sent Viator a photo of the expired tickets and asked for a refund of half the price of the ticket. Neither Viator nor Operator would refund, even with proof that the tickets we were given were not useable.

Worst agent I've ever done business with! Agent does not work with customer. Very rigid, difficulty in getting to meeting place and could not do the tour and lost the 101 euros me and my friend each paid! Very disappointing!

A great start and we enjoyed the Eiffel Tower. However, our guide had forgotten to give us our tickets and information about the river cruise. When we returned from the summit of the Eiffel Tower they had left. No one answered our messages or calls and this added a lot of unnecessary stress to the day.

Amazing guide (Mariana) and very helpful she give us many extra info not only for Eiffel Tower but and suggestions for the rest of the day!!! The meeting point is near to the tower and she guide us through all the steps until we go to the top of the tower. My first thought was at not buy this ticket but at the end I’m very happy who i deed it!!! When we was there the last floor was out of tickets but we was lucky because of this reservation!!! The lady who gave the tour to the eiffel tower was very sweet. After that we went on or own with the Seine river Cruise. They told us that you gonna see till the Notre Dam, but we didn’t. Just before the pond de arts the boat made a turn and went back to the start point.

Our guide Pedro was awesome! Super friendly, full of information, and guided our group from the meeting spot (v easy to find, the directions take you right to it) to the tower and by passed loads of the hanging around wondering what to do/go next/ how to navigate the system. The boat tour is at your leisure afterwards (if you choose the combined option) and departs opposite the tower.

If I could give this experience a zero I would. Travelled from the uk on route to Disney. Booked Eiffel tower river cruise experience. Viator changed the time didn’t notify us and voucher still Stated 10:30 not 8:45 they moved us too. We have been told we cannot have a refund. Can’t speak to a human only on chat.

Highlight of the ticket is going to the top of the Eiffel Tower without any issue. The amazing tour guides especially Amy who was so helpful and guided us through the confusion that happens at the Eiffel Tower entrance. Also due to Paris’s unpredictable monument closing due to strikes. Viator reached out to us and changed our tickets for the next day. Also the ticket for the boat on the Sienne River was amazing. Only negative is the meeting point bc the meeting point in front of the Eiffel is very confusing but we found the tour guides and glad they were so very helpful.

This tour was booked under the misleading assumption that we would have a guided tour that gave information about the tour. We assumed due to the time slot in the booking it included a timed entrance which we thought (and turns out the whole group thought so too) would mean we would have priority entrance with minimal queuing. We paid more to have an informative tour and priority slot. However it was a money scheme as we only got taken to the tower. In reality we met at the souvenir shop got a sticker and followed a large group to the tower. The group had around 50 people in it and it was advertised as a group of 20. We then got to the tower, was guided through security and queued for over 2.5 hours in the normal ticket queue to enter the tower. We were told it was because a lift broke down but this is false as we were told it was always like this. The tour was advertised as 1 hour. We had no warning queues would be long and no indication to bring water or snacks. It was very hot. When we questioned the wait , we were informed of a possibility of a refund or alternative dates and told they are not the Eiffel Tower. The company websites states no refund if lifts are broken and queues are long. The tour guides got very rude and started to shout at us when we questioned this as it will take over a week to get a refund and others reviews state refund is unlikely. As we paid a lot of money we waited. We stayed as at this point as we were close to the entrance. However, as the tour guide went pay for the tickets (yes that is correct they did not have tickets and paid for us there), the queue was closed for 30 mins as too many people in the tower. We couldn’t leave the queue at this point due to security and barriers. When we entered the tower the guides disappeared and did not enter with us and it became apparent we were not getting a history tour. They left us. All we paid for was to be escorted to wait in a large queue. A misleading advert and falsely advertised. Money making scheme it would seem. The boat ride was nice and the view from tower lovely. Don’t waste your money on this company and do it yourself.
