  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Such an incredible experience! Temmy was an excellent guide and provided us with lots of info on history of the Eiffel Tower. Stair climbing was much easier than expected too! Fun to celebrate at summit with champagne.

Nika was an absolutely fantastic guide, very friendly and informative. He gave us lots of information about the history of the tower and of Paris too. Great guide and would definitely recommend him. Would also recommend going early, as you’re able to get there before the crowds

Our guide was excellent - however, we were disappointed in that since we had paid for a guide, we expected to not have to stand in the same line as everyone else - almost 3 hours.

Doesn’t help beat the queue

Guide Josef was excellent and very informative. But I’d assumed (wrongly) that we had tickets booked and so we could skip the queue…there’s not much point doing this tour if you are prepared to simply queue up with others for day tickets on the day. Also beware the airport style security - we lost a pen knife from picnic lunch we had forgettennwas in the rucksack

Getting the tickets was nice, but getting to the top was something else. First rebooking for the strike from night climb to daily experience. Waiting in the long lines for few hours was terrible even with the ticket that was bought at the same time as group passed by cashiers so no tickets in advance. The only positive was we mounted with the elevator to the 2nd floor and to the top. In total 4h 30 minutes. You decide if worth it or not! Disappointment kills the feeling! If I had a chance to go once more. The answer would be no. But all the respect for Eiffel and his genius creation, just fantastic!

Not what was advertised. Very disappointed! Our tour was to start at 4pm, from advert I believed we went up the Eiffel Tower at this time, that was not the case. We instead had to wait in line for 2hrs20mins to go through security & then wait to purchase tickets. We then didn’t get to climb the tower we had to go up the elevator. The guide himself seemed knowledgeable but we could hardly hear him as we were in a crowded line & he was trying to talk to a group of 25people. Ot was completely unorganised & a complete waste of our money. I wouldn’t waste your money to go in yourself this would only cost $45 per adult
Misleading and not worth the cost

Would like to start by saying our tour guide was personable, knowledgeable and very good. HOWEVER we felt very misled by what we were getting out of the tour experience. You do not get your tickets when you arrive. Instead you wait in line for both security and to purchase tickets with the large (27 person) group. It took over two full hours waiting in lines to get to the elevators. Once we were in the tower everyone dispersed and the “tour” was effectively over. At that rate, it makes more sense to save the price differential and just wait in the lines yourself and only pay the cost of the tickets.
Scam they do not have tickets to summit

We showed up and they had everyone stand in the line for no tickets we were there over 2 hours. When we got to the front of the line they stopped selling tickets for the summit since they were sold out even though our tour included summit access. People still went to the summit those that had tickets of course but our tour operator did not actually buy any tickets before the tour! Our tour included climbing two floors but they didn’t get those tickets either they only got an elevator to the second floor. The tour guide tried I guess but she said multiple times she was overwhelmed and wanted to cry. This was the worst tour we have ever been on. It would be like attending a concert where your provider didn’t get the tickets before hand and made you stand in a line for leftover tickets, had we not bought this tour we would have been able to stand in this same exact line and paid 19 euro versus we paid over 250 euro. Complete scam and a fraud!!! I’ve used Viator before and it was always great this will definitely make me stop and think before ever buying anything through them again

Our guide Carmelle was fantastic! We only booked a few tours w guides for our Paris trip and were so glad we did for the Eiffel Tower as she gave us a lot of information in an interesting and funny story format (about how to navigate the different levels of the tower and the history of its design and construction) that even my teens were intrigued and laughed! Highlight of our trip!

The tour was not as advertised, We purchased a walking climbing tour with Guide Instead we waited 1.2 hours for elevator tour and guide stopped at 2nd floor we are requesting a full refund . we did not get what we purchased

Disorganised, this is not a skip the line tour and you might as well buy tickets at the entrance yourself. The groups were so large that we could not hear what the guide said half the time.

We truly had the best tour guide. I am extremely fearful of heights and he assured my safety and made us feel at ease. We’ve learned so much history about the Tower and its surroundings. He was very personable and knowledgeable. I took my daughter here as a birthday trip and our tour guide exceeded our expectations. Best moment of our lives!

I see in the system that you haven’t canceled any booking. our guide just told us that you didn’t arrive and didn’t attend the tour. sorry for that if you would like to discuss with us, we will be happy. also we haven’t heard anything from you after your tour date. thank you so much.

Our guide was Tamari. She was very knowledgeable with information and historical data. The early tour was enjoyable as it was less crowded at the beginning but it does populate rather quickly.
