        Danyel shared great historical facts and made everyone feel welcomed and included in the tour. I'm glad we took this tour with Danyel. The eiffel tower visit could have been confusing, but he explained the process more than once. That help a great deal. Thank you Danyel!
        Good time saver, but not a tour

        Great views. The reserved access helped minimize the wait times, as we had a separate line from those just purchasing tickets on their own. However, please know that there is no "tour" or any information. The "tour guide" simply walks in front of you from the ticket office to the Eiffel Tower. They then leave and you are on your own to ride to the top and spend time as you see fit. So, the premium being paid is just to minimize wait time, not to get any history lessons or inside information.

        Tour guides were really nice and had a lot to tell about the tower and it’s history. Entering the tower may feel overwhelming due to all the security, but the guides help you through everything. The tour ends at the second level. After that you can explore all the levels on your own. It was really nice.

        Our tour guide, Zack (Zach?) provided lots of context and historical facts that really helped us appreciate this national monument. I can't imagine that we would have had nearly as enjoyable an experience without him. I highly recommend this tour.

        We loved Disney but this tour needs to be clear on the directions for the pick up and drop off. There are 5 pick up locations and only 2 return stops. It is very vague in the listing. Additionally, the buses need to have clear designation that it is for Disney. Maybe a sign in the front window since they are tour buses.

        The views are incredible, but so are the lineups - even with an advanced booking. Be prepared to spend 80% of your time waiting in one line or another.
        CX trip due to Paris Strike and No refund for tour!

        I booked this tour prior to my trip to Paris in order to ensure my son and I didn’t miss the Eiffel Tower. The night before our trip there was a National concern of air strikes in Paris so I had to cancel my trip. Although it was a nonrefundable ticket, I expected the tour to do the right thing and under circumstance that was out of my control plus the national concern I would be refunded back the money for the ticket. When I was told no, I asked for a credit because aI would be looking to schedule another trip to Paris. I was refused. I am very good Viator customer and highly disappointed in not giving me a refund or credit that was out of my control on international concern. I will stick with GetYourGuide who was more than happy to accommodate me-VIATOR never again!. Please note my son and I NEVER went to Paris in April, I was forced to pick this date in order to leave a review.

        Our guide, Riccardo, had the most interesting information, not only about the Eiffel Tower, but also on the sights we viewed from Eiffel. Great stories, wonderful warm and friendly personality, Riccardo was a highlight of the Eiffel Tower Tour.

        We chose the Eiffel Tower Tour to the second floor only as we had previously been to the summit. Be mindful that when you book your ticket you need to collect at the tour operator's office which is a ten minute walk from the Eiffel Tower so allow yourself plenty of time, it is easy to find using google maps. Our guide was called "JACOPO" and from Italy. He was a breath of fresh air from the word go and spoke fabulous English. He was charming and funny and very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of tips for other places to visit around the city as well as interesting facts about the Eiffel Tower. Once we arrived at the second floor he gave us some more information looking out over the city then we were free to stay as long as we wished. He recommended we also visited the first floor on the way down as there was a nice viewing balcony, which wasn't there the last time I visited. All in all the tour was value for money and having the guide made it quicker to enter the grounds as he explained all the security checks. If you are able to I would recommend walking down the stairs to exit as quicker than waiting on a lift and a nice experience, even though chilly the day we visited. Enjoy.

        The tour guide was very informative. It was great for us Brits to have the commentary in English even though there were other people speaking different languages. The tower experience was very interesting from beginning to end. The victorian lifts were quick. The views from every level were impressive and the additional stop on the way down is recommended where you can get a bite to eat and but souvenirs

        The top of the tower was closed like one hour before our tour started. Of course they are not responsible for that, but we were told, that we get a partial refund for not being able to visit the top. This should have worked automatically. Now two weeks later nothing happened, no money back. Viator offers no way to get a refund nor are there any options to contact the travel agency. The phone number isn't working. Now a lot money is gone for not going to the top.
