        Our tour guide Yanis was really good. He told us loads of the history of not just the Eiffel Tower but Paris as a whole. He shared some funny stories too and had lots of recommendations about other places to visit in Paris. We had a great time.

        I bought this experience several weeks before the planned event. When we arrived at the appropriate location to get our voucher for the ticket experience, the lady at the travel shop told me, "This has not been available for one week." I should have been notified by Viator of this or given an alternative option. Therefore, we had no ticket and could not enter the Eiffel Tower. I am highly disappointed. I expect Viator to refund my charge.

        The tour guide left us it was hard to keep up.. just to find him a on the Phone at the entrance. Very short tour you spend more time getting in. Tour guide didn’t give much history

        Samy was an outstanding and very personable guide for our Eiffel Tower excursion. While presenting the history of the Tower, he also managed to share information about other parts of Paris. Sammy expertly guided us through the entry and security points with ease and made great use of our time. The tour was enjoyable and lasted the right amount of time.

        I have no photos since we had to cancel our family trip due to an emergency in our family. I requested numerous times if we could reschedule our tour until later in the year. No response at all. I didn’t ask for a refund just a reschedule. Very unhappy. Have used Viator many times but not sure if it will happen again.

        The views were great. However, the day I went, I did not see an advantage to booking the tour vs just buying a ticket. The line was short. The guide provided a little history but not extensive. The top level was closed...bummer. I would skip the tour.

        We loved our time at the Eiffel Tower. It was everything we thought it would be and more. The height is the tower and the atmosphere it creates from the ground to until the time you exit the lift. Our schedule through Viator made it all possible.

        This tour is not worth your money or time. We ended up waiting like everyone else plus the wait we had to at the travel agency who organized it. This agency is out of the way and people are not the nicest or most organized.. Two start only because our guide was excelente person he made the whole thing be ok with such a wonderful personality.

        Zach was a knowledgeable and fun tour guide. He taught us some history about the construction of the Iron Lady and then he took us to the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower. Went through security twice, very smoothly! We went on a cold and rainy night, but enjoyed ourselves nonetheless. The tower has sparkling lights every hour, which is a neat addition. I think on a clear day we could have stayed longer but we can’t control the weather! Thank you for being our guide, Zach!

        Maisa was an excellent guide and full of interesting information. She also managed to get us up into the tower quicker than expected as she noticed that in one corner of the tower there was no line. I would go with her again if given the opportunity to choose a guide.

        Was disappointed that we arrived 15 minutes late and had to pay an xtra $50 euros for another ticket. Even though I paid for a guide tour the only thing this person did was to walked us to the Eiffel towers 2nd floor and we were in our own something I could have done on my own. I was expecting more than that.
