          So. Much. Art. Please take at one day, if not 5, going through this museum. There is not enough time to see everything in half a day, and you definitely can’t absorb it.

          With obstacles. After the booking confirmation, the tickets didn’t arrive neither by mail nor could I find them from the Viator app. We needed to go back from the Louvre to the hotel (with free nctioning WiFi) to get help by phone on the Viator helpline. The woman on the phone could fortunately help to forward the tickets by mail with a link. It’s advisable to make a screenshot of the QR code needed to enter via the Richelieu entrance. The Louvre was very crowded as expected. Not the atmosphere for someone who wants to concentrate on specific paintings to enjoy and study quietly.

          Not suggested tour operator - tickets arrived only at the time of the visit after many calls

          The ticket was not sent as indicated by the tour operator through Viator 24 hours in advance. When I requested the reason the day before with many messages to the tour operator and to VIator, no one from the tour operator answered. The day of the visit, we changed our program with the idea we would never receive the ticket and we asked for a remboursement. However, we moved anyway to the center of Paris (up to the last moment we was doubting to visit Versailles). The ticket arrived on the app just at the time of the visit, and fortunately we was not far from the museum, where we arrived 1 hour later than the time of the visit but we was allowed to enter. I do not suggest this tour operator.

          Viator canceled my 11am ticket at 11:15am. Would not recommend this app. It’s a scam and I ended up buying tickets for half the price at the louvre

          Viator tickets were overpriced and despite touting a price match guarantee, Viator ignored my emails after I gave them the documentation they asked for.

          Our tickets didn't arrive via email as required. The third party provider was difficult to contact. They said they had experienced technical difficulties which was why our tickets didn't arrive however they did not contact us to let us know. By the time we got it sorted out we had missed our early time slot and were amongst the hordes going to the Lourve so the experience was not great and delayed our whole day. I would not recommend this experience. In addition it is not a skip the line as indicated.

          The Lourve was extraordinary! Amazing artwork from all over the world— breathtaking pieces from Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Truly a feast for the eyes and the soul… well worth the labyrinth of sections. More could be done to improve existing exits— it was quite confusing just trying to get out of the building.

          I felt a bit afraid of using the third party app at first. However, the tickets were promptly provided 24 hours before the entry. The response from the contact was quick on the app. We enjoyed the Louvre museum. Thank you so much.

          Entry was not a great experience. We had 3:30 tickets, but we didn't get inside till after 4:30. The fact it was pouring rain didn't help the experience. They ushered us out to close around 5:45. We didn't get to see all that we wanted. What we did get to see was spectacular.

          I never received my tickets for the 2:30 spot and I was over charged for the tickets. I had to re purchase tickets at the gate for another 44€
