Terrible no one there to guide emailed customer service and WhatsApp they gave a phone number that no one answered to avoid this company at all costs will leave you out of pocket emailed back and for many times no help at all

Hey, complete waste of money. And I was double charged through the app due to the app malfunctioning. I tried to chat with someone for resolution I got disconnected. Perhaps that’s because when we downloaded the self-guided tour app and arrived at the museum, we learned that the geo-specific locations were few and the information shallow. This tour only covers about six locations at the louvre, which are upon entering the louvre reception area or outside of the Louvre in the gardens. Each location shares about 2-3 sentences of information. TOTAL SCAM! Buyer beware.

Complete Waste of Money!

I feel mislead by what I purchased. It only stated it wasn’t an admission ticket in the fine print, the louvre was fully booked for the day so I had to purchase an additional tour to get inside. Ahead of time I downloaded the app & allowed the GPS. Once inside it in no way assisted us in finding anything & the “audio tour” was a short explanation of the entire section of the louvre. We turned them off after 5 minutes. At over $20 a ticket (we bought 2) in addition to the louvre ticket…total rip-off. Also, the louvre has audio guides to use which are much more informative.
