Your tour was scheduled at 2pm.
It was a private tour and the guide was there just for you at the scheduled time. That is the reason why this tour was explicitly not refundable, so that is why you could not be credited.
He called multiple times but no answer.
You call us 2 hours later demanding for tickets that were impossible to use on your own, since they were expired.
I told you that I would send them to you anyway as proof but that they were useless, also the guide was doing another tour and that I was not sure I would be able to send them soon.
I told you how to get new tickets on your own since these were useless and also because the museum was closing in 1 hour anyway. We don't do the rules at the Orsay Museum, yet you did not seem to understand or accept my explications.
You lost the tour and its completely your fault, we answered to your call immediately and tried to help. That's wonderful customer service, for a "very disappointing and terrible" customer, giving 1 star to a devoted company for nothing. I understand your frustration, but it's mean and childish to punish us for your own mistakes.
