Our tour guide was right on time, picking my mother and I up at our hotel. Gil was very knowledgeable about both sites, and gave us excellent information to understand Claude Monet and his gardens, Louis XIV, and Versailles. My mother has mobility issues and Gil was so accommodating and helpful. This trip was worth every penny!

Gardens were magical; Palace was stunning; Guide was on his schedule not ours. He did not allow us time to visit the gift shops. He did not suggest a place for lunch. Having had a private tour of gardens and palace several years ago {not with Viator}, which was wonderful, this tour was a disappointment.

In our tour description, the itinerary is described carefully, so our customers know what to expect. The duration is approximately 9 hours. Your guide adapts the timing to your expectations above all. But also to the requirements related to skip-the-line tickets (which have a specific time in Versailles) and his experience (more than 10 years). Some case examples: - Some guests want to enjoy a lunch and spend more than one hour on it, others prefer a quicker snack. - Some customers book hotels that are difficult to access, with more traffic jams and travel times (in the east of Paris) Anyway, the guide stays flexible. We do not rush our customers and gladly agree to spend time in souvenir shops, or something you would like to add or deepen in your visit. Our goal is for you to have a memorable and enjoyable day. But the guide is also the guarantor of time. Regarding lunches, we do not impose a restaurant. The guide offers you different possibilities in Giverny or Versailles, depending on your expectations. Stress free way to see 2 great sites!

We had so much fun and learned a lot from our guide Gilles. It was so nice to get picked up at our AirBnB. We arrived at Giverny just as Monet’s garden was opening, so we were able to enjoy the gardens before the crowds arrived. Versailles’ manicured gardens were an interesting contrast to Monet’s more wild gardens. So it was great to see both in the same day. Gilles took time to show us interesting things GS on the route line a castle built into a cliff and Monet’s house with his first wife. We had about an hour of free time in Versailles to explore the market and find a quaint cafe for lunch.

Such a great way to see Giverny and Versailles

Highlight of our trip to Paris!!! Jean Paul was a fantastic guide and very pleasant to spend the day with. Was so nice to get out of the city and spend the day in the countryside. We drove through a couple very small cool villages. Giverny is beautiful and so fun to learn about Monet. Versailles is incredibly overwhelming with the crowds was so nice to have a guide to explain things and help us navigate. We also got a chance to see Marie Antoinette’s Petit Trianon and the hamlet were fascinating. The only thing I would mention is we originally signed up 8-5 tour and it ended up being 9:30-6:45 bc of the timing of the skip the line tickets.

Wonderful tour, Jean-Paul picked us up right on time. The trip was smooth, he helped us navigate the crowds at Monet's house as well as the Versailles Palace. He recommended a great place for lunch. Our tour guide was awesome. The company he worked for did not have tickets ready for us anywhere. This supposed skip the line tour had a 1 hour wait to buy tickets before we could get into versailles palace. There was also a delay at monets house.

I am glad that you loved your guide and his fabulous personality, storytelling and incredible kindness. How do you claim that our guide was "awesome. " and then rate us as giving you a 2-star service? This does not make sense. We have to confirm that all our tours include skip the line tickets and priority access. This supposes a well-separated entrance to Versailles and to Giverny. These dedicated entrances to professionals are supposed to buy the tickets in advance. What we do. We sometimes meet more crowds, especially at Versailles. Tuesdays and weekends are particularly busy days in Versailles. Sometimes there are also people in the line "skip the line" in Versailles. Would doubling this line have made you a real little Frenchman? You actually waited 20 minutes to enter the Château de Versailles. Which was beyond our control and especially the professionalism of your guide. I hope that you will enjoy the rest of your time in France. All my best

Wonderful experience! If your itinerary allows it, this is a "must do" trip. Our tour guide, Ange, was very friendly and knowledgeable (as well as a safe driver). To see where Water Lilies was painted was a dream come true (it is one of our favorite paintings). The beauty (and opulence) of Versailles was unforgettable. My entire family had a wonderful time (including our 10-year old son). We highly recommend this tour! Thank you Ange for a perfect day!

It was the hottest day of the year but both young women gave us an extraordinary visit to Monet’s home and Versailles. Both were knowledgeable, personable and down to earth in their information. With a 12 year old with us, they told anecdotal stories on giving us information about both sites. They were very accommodating about the heat and sought ways to keep us comfortable. I would have them again for a tour.

WE met our Tour Guide (Anna) and driver at our hotel at 8;00AM - headed to Giverney first, and then to Versailles. Anna was extremely knowledgeable of Artist Claude Monet and his beautiful gardens and home. After lunch (on our own) we headed to Versailles.
