Had a photographer booked for an Eiffel Tower photoshoot for our wedding photos, constant conversation back and forth before the day however the photographer didn’t turn up. We did get a full refund but have been left without wedding photos.

Amateur at best, scam at worst

The quality of photos delivered were extremely poor. In several of the images the entire body of the photographer’s shadow is covering my husband. The framing, angles and edits were amateur at best and in some cases a cell phone selfie would’ve been better. I would absolutely not recommend this company or photographer. We left Paris the day after these were taken and sadly they cannot be recreated. Avoid or use another vendor.

Paris bummer

The whole experience was chaotic and less than favorable. Our photographer contacted us about where to meet through What's Ap. I rarely use this application and therefore, she called us wondering where we were? We were where we were told to be the day before by the tour organizer. We finally got together, but it started raining and the wind was blowing, so we called it a day. For the money and expectations, this should have been better coordinated.

I am so happy that I booked this photoshoot. I would have never been able to capture these memories on my own. I traveled to Paris for a solo trip and I didn't want just selfies to show for it. Alain was the absolute best! He made it feel like I had Paris all to myself. He knew the angles and locations to ensure my pictures weren't filled with tourists. I'm going to do this for every trip I take now!

Though we were there during Paris Fashion Week, which was super busy. We still had the best experience with our photographer, Eny. She made us feel super relaxed and she had great locations and a creative photo shoot. The photos were so good!! My husband was reluctant, but he actually had a lot of fun!

Nice people, outcome not what we wanted

Though everyone was very friendly and responsive, ultimately our photos were not at all what I had hoped for. And when I asked for some of the photos we had taken but were not shared in our album, they had already been deleted. Not sure how the album of options was selected. Very sad as I could have taken some of my own shots and now that opportunity is lost forever. The company tried to make it right by offering us the entire album, but those shots were pretty rough (none of my family where everyone looked good) with many of them having odd faces or hair in face so though a nice gesture ultimately would not recommend and suggest working with an individual versus a company.

Hi Elizabeth, we apologise once again for the unsatisfactory outcome for you. It is an unusual request that all the photos taken are with you looking at the camera and goes against the idea of 'natural photos' that our products are set up for. The photographer deleted all photos once he had supplied them which is regrettable but he had already selected the best photos from the day. All of which did meet our high standards and this is the first review that isn't 5 stars for this tour! Nonetheless we do apologise that your experience was not as you had hoped. We take on board everything you have said and strive to improve.
