Hi Elizabeth, we apologise once again for the unsatisfactory outcome for you. It is an unusual request that all the photos taken are with you looking at the camera and goes against the idea of 'natural photos' that our products are set up for.
The photographer deleted all photos once he had supplied them which is regrettable but he had already selected the best photos from the day. All of which did meet our high standards and this is the first review that isn't 5 stars for this tour!
Nonetheless we do apologise that your experience was not as you had hoped. We take on board everything you have said and strive to improve.
