Thank you very much for your WhatsApp message of apologies you sent us to explain that your husband had made an error when posting the review. He actually intended to post the review for another product purchased through VIATOR as well for a visit to the Louvre.

I received this WhatsApp message on Sunday, February 11, and no one from VIATOR Customer Service seems to have been able to assist you, Ruth. I do hope that at some point your review will be removed by VIATOR as in the meantime it does impact our rating.
