Nick led my family on an amazing half-day tour of Versailles. He is extremely knowledgeable about the palace, history, architecture, literature and more, and gave us a really valuable education into European history and how things operated at Versailles. He really was outstanding! Highly, highly recommended.

He actually intended to post the review for another product purchased through VIATOR as well for a visit to the Louvre. People reading the review will see a copy of the message sent to me, pasted below: "Hola Arnaud!! Como estas?" Wonderful tour with a great guide. Olivier knew his history and ensured we understood all that we needed and wanted to know. Very pleasant, very educated in the facts. The history and beauty of Versailles was beyond our expectations. Go for the morning opening if you want to avoid the biggest crowds.

We had an amazing tour with our guide Chris. I’m not sure I would want to do this any other way. He was very knowledgeable and informative about all things Versailles and the added bonus was skipping the large lines and being able to go at our own pace and ask questions.

We enjoyed our tour at Versailles Palace and our guide was very knowledgeable. For the price of the private tour/transfer for two, I did expect a bit more such as waters in the van or a golf cart included in the Gardens portion. Visiting was a true experience and I would recommend to anyone visiting Paris.

Nick was a friendly and knowledgeable guide. Versailles was extremely busy, but he made sure we could hear him and see all of the notable history. Being a small group allowed us more personalization of the tour.

Went straight in. The guide Gonzagae(Sp?) was very friendly and knowledgeable about the art and the architecture. It’s something to do once for sure. I got more than I would alone. I liked the small private tour bc I didn’t have to strain to hear in a big group. Went in winter, gardens not blooming yet but still an amazing place to see.

Arnaud and Bo are wonderful. That made the entire process very smooth. No was super informative and took her time with us. She speaks great English and is able to translate everything we needed. They picked us up from our hotel and even waited as we were running late
