Miriam was wonderful, and very knowledgeable. She owned her own restaurant for many years. It was a small group, so everyone was able to participate. Would highly recommend, and will do again the next time I am in Paris!

Dominique was delightful, knowledgeable and such a gracious host. It was lovely to be able to spend time with him and learn from him. We all enjoyed ourselves very much while learning a lot. Can't wait to get the recipes!!

Ideal way to learn more about traditional French cooking. Marthe was very knowledgeable and friendly in showing us around the market and in how to cook dishes that we could recreate at home, 5 stars!

Great instructor. She talked about her journey as a chef which was inspiring. What we had worked with ingredients we can easily obtain and we will try it when we are back home.

Our chef Dominique was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel completely comfortable in his home!! Our French meal was superb and he instructed in such a way, it seemed so easy to complete the recipe!!! He even assisted us with the Metro!!

Fantastic experience! Chef Frederick helped our small group of 4 create a delicious lunch. I don't normally cook, but could still understand how to create 3 fairly simple dishes. Looking forward to trying out the recipes at home.

Chef Miriam provided such a fun, interesting, and educational experience for us. The food was so good we could not stop talking about it, and making the food was a fun learning experience. She is such a sweet lady and had a wealth of knowledge going beyond the kitchen. We are so happy we did this.

The entire experience was fantastic. The trip to the market was fun and informative. Our guide was so enjoyable as well as our fellow gourmands. We loved the food we help to make with expert guidance. It tops our list of things to do in Paris.

We went to location. Based on directions from email-ticket. No one there. False address. The company called us while we were standing outside the location we followed via GPS. The person told us we were at the wrong location. It would take us too long to get to the correct location. So we were unable to attend cooking class. But we were being charged anyway. She never gave us the real address of the cooking class or the people presenting the class. We were told we would be charged full fee as it was our fault. The There were four of us in the party. Less than one star.

Chef Frederic was amazing! Very knowledgeable but down to earth. Helpful with proper use of knives and chopping/cutting techniques. The food was delicious. His apartment was very easy to find and close to the Metro. Highly recommend him!!

Chef Myriam was waiting as we arrived on time. She was warm and inclusive with everyone in our group of six. Her knowledge at the market benefitted even the most experienced among us and the same was true in the kitchen. The most junior cook blossomed under her tutelage and those more experienced in the kitchen left with valuable tips, tricks and insights. I can't wait to repeat what I've learned when I get back home and I highly recommend this experience to any who wants a deeper engagement with French culture, French food and in this case a fabulous French woman skilled in culinary arts.

What a FANTASTIC time we had with Miriam. From her welcoming smile when she greeted us in front of her apartment, to the waking tour with the sights and tastes of the street market and bakery to the delicious meal we prepared in her apartment with the great views. We left with a new friend and bit more of an understanding of Parisian food culture 😊

Carol, the Chef, was delightful in every way. We learned more about the French culture, incl food culture, and organic and how the French farm with animals and produce than we could have imagined because of her interest and her liveliness, and enjoyment of sharing.
