This was a highlight of our time in Paris! Upgrade to VIP so you get a window seat. Food was good, staff was attentive, covered eating area, and cozy upper deck. Such a great way to view Paris’ sites. The tunnel to the docking area is totally sketchy, but it’s short and you’ll be through quickly!

Great experience

The cruise was good, the food was good. Only issue was the tunnel to the boat dock. It was hard to find at first and very dark as the lights were not turned on in the tunnel.

We had a wonderful time at the dinner cruise last night. We were able to see the Effiel Tower sparkle twice, which is what my daughter really wanted to see. The food was wonderful, as well as the atmosphere! Being able to go on top and take pictures, made it even better. If we ever come back to Paris, we will do this again!

Evening at evening Paris on river

Read instruction how to find the place. Actually there are signs already and at the evening tunnel is lighted by LED-bar. We found it very easy. Atmosphere was great, food really Italian but I would expect pasta to be al-dente. Otherwise great. Service on high level, we’ve seen Eiffel tower sparkling and nicest bridges on Seina. Our tour started 21:30 and I can recommend this time to get real enjoyment.

Worthwhile experience with a few reserves

The boat leaves from a part of Paris which is difficult to reach by public transport. When you do get there you have to find a rather insalubrious tunnel to get to the windswept quay. However, there was a friendly welcome from the helpful crew and we were seated at a table by the window with a good view. The food was tastefully Italian and well-served, the wine nice, though pretty expensive. There was gentle musical accompaniment and no commentary, so we were able to converse at ease (it was a family reunion). The major disappointment was that, apparently - I don’t remember it being announced - the state of the Seine current prevented us from going past Notre Dame up to Bercy. Beyond the control of the crew I suppose but they could have been more up front about it as the cruise fizzled out after barely 2 hours.!!

Not quite as advertised

We did the cruise on Saturday night, 2 of us with VIP so had a window seat. Tables are very close together! Good points Food was ok a set menu so limited choices Boat was easy to find with good instructions Poor points Advertised as 2.5 hours, it wasn’t, it was 2 Advertised as 5 choices for mains, there wasn’t, there was 4 Advertised as passing by the Notre Dam, it didn’t and. O explanation as to why

Excellent Italian dinner at Sena River

3-courses Italian menu is excellent! My husband ate the lasagna and I selected rigatoni; both were delicious.. The experience on the boat was amazing. My only recommendation is to improve the passageway to the embarking area. The place looks dirty, dark and unsafe, and the instructions to find the place could be improved as well..

Quite and relaxing cruise

We enjoyed the views and had time to relax after a long day walking around Paris. The food was ok, nothing fancy. The boat is in excellent condition and the terrace has very comfortable sofas to sit and relax. Please be aware drinks are not included except water. There were just few people, so it was very quiet. The staff were simply carrying out their duties with no interest in being nice or friendly. I believe this is something they need to improve and also it would also be great if they could announce points of interest during the trip so we at least know where to look. I was really expecting something similar to other cruises where the staff provides the names of the places we are pass by. By the way, we were able to find the location very easily, just follow the signs on the street and go to the tunnel.

Long story short: if you do this cruise, you're doing it for the atmosphere and the pictures on the river. After being spoiled by food in Paris for three days, the food on the cruise was a huge step down. It's serviceable for sure, but the food elsewhere seems far less processed than what you eat on the boat. Service was great and pleasant, the dim lights and music were lovely for us, a newly engaged couple, and the views from the top of the boat were lovely. We took plenty of great pictures with each other and of the Eiffel Tower and the miniature Statue of Liberty. It also wasn't a packed boat, so we had wonderful window seating. Despite my critiques on the food, I don't regret going; you just have to go in knowing this is a budget cruise with budget food and not comparable to the food you're getting elsewhere in the city. If you know that going in, you'll have a great time, I think. Some tips: we went in March and brought sweaters, but we wish we brought a blanket for the top of the boat. It can get chilly when you're up there sitting on the seating available (and there's plenty of seating). Also, it CAN be a bit tricky to find the place, but there IS signage along the river to get you there. On Viator, they have a Google Maps picture available of the location. My suggestion is GPS the address they give, then cross the road marked on the map. You'll see the boat docked on the location on the Google Map image. From where you cross, go the long way leftward (not on the bridge to your right) and you should come across signs that point to the docking location. Just follow them and you're good to go.

5 star views and service

Dinner and views, what more could you ask for? Food was hot and fresh. Servers were accommodating and service was on par. my wife had the linguine and I had the rigatoni (hers was way better 🥴). Rooftop seating was perfect but too cold on our visit to fully enjoy, summer or springtime would be perfect! Would 100000% do it again.

Cruise route didn't match with the description

The food was not bad, the only and biggest problem with our program was that the cruise did not go on the route as the description. It was exactly opposite way, heading to the south and the suburbs of Paris. This never happened to us in any city, but why would we ask if we cannot get our evening back.

Great food, but didn't see the cool sites!

The boat was clean, the food was delicious and the service was satisfactory. However, I was super disappointed the cruise did not go by the main sites like the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame. It went DOWN the river to places I didn't care to see. The description should HIGHLIGHT that it does NOT go by the main sites. It needs to be more transparent with an asterisk or bold type. Also, the meeting point was hard to find and the tunnel we walked through was disgusting and made me lose my appetite. We were scared to walk through it again after the cruise was over, so we walked down the street side with a little sidewalk area that was dangerous with cars driving fast.

Worst trip ever

The trip went opposite way to what is agreed in the itinerary. No notifications in advance, I only knew it after noticing that the boat went far from Paris and had to ask the waiters. There’s no cancellation choice made available for travellers who don’t want to follow the changed itinerary which leads to lots of construction sites with terrible views.
