Waste of Money (maybe), Definite Waste of Precious Vacation Time

Contacted tour operator night before the trip to confirm pickup location. They informed me I did not have a reservation even though I had a confirmation number and made full payment with Viator. They seemed to be saying there was a problem with the reservation system but I couldn't understand their reasoning for certain. Now I have to fight to get my money back wasting precious vacation time. Will never waste time booking with third party like Viator again.
Great way to experience the Mayan Jungle and Caves

Such a wonderful and unique experience. Our tour guide, Victor, was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was all perfect and couldn't have asked for a better day!
