Our guide, Adrian, was so funny!! He made the trip extra special. He educated us and kept us all moving in the right direction with humor and a big, positive attitude. We enjoyed the ruins, lunch, the center, and the many turtles. The guide for the snorkel really made an effort to get us up close with many turtles. They were so cute. We really enjoyed the day.

Nice day

A very good way to visit all places in one day. Everything was well organized, nice guide, good lunch. You just need to take into account that everywhere we have about one hour, but that is the price for a full program in one day. Tulum - beautiful place, but a lot of people and I would like to stay longer and ideally first thing in the morning. Cenote - very nice, I enjoyed it (except for the mandatory vests) Diving with turtles- beautiful place, but again a lot of people, the guide always finds a turtle, calls the others to look at it. You can't influence the interest of the other visitors in a particular place, if they accept it, this trip is great.
This is the one!

This was seriously my favorite tour of my entire trip, and one of my favorites of all time. It was so well organized and executed, and everything from pickup to drop off went exactly as you'd hope. Tulum was lovely, the cenote was perfect and not crowded, and we saw so so many turtles!!! A true highlight, and well worth the money. If you're deciding between excursions, book this one!
A Great Day of Adventure

This full day adventure was awesome! Our guide Michael was kind and funny. Salvador the driver was great too. The cenote was very refreshing (especially after Tulum) and it was not over crowded. We saw many sea turtles on our snorkel adventure at Akumal. Akumal was a little crowded but they have different snorkel areas so other groups aren’t crowding in your area when you spot one. The traditional Mexican luncheon they took us to was a surprise but very delicious. The only reason I can’t give this tour all 5 stars is because the heat and sun at the Tulum Ruins (Zama) were unrelenting. The real feel was 110°F. Other tour groups provided guests with large umbrellas and this group did not. Our visit to the ruins was informational ( Michael knows his stuff) but this part of the trip would have been far less miserable with a provided umbrella. Umbrellas would be a good investment for this group.
Just ok

The swimming with turtles wasn't a bad experience. It was a bit crowded and so we only saw maybe 3 turtles and one sting ray. The trip to Tulum was canceled due to COVID at the site and so we didn't get to go there or have lunch. The tour operator refunded us $20 per person. The cenotes was disappointing because we went to Casa Tortuga and they have 4 cenotes there but we were only allowed to do one. The tour guide Rocco was entertaining.
Book this one!

Loved loved loved this tour!!! There was something for everyone and it was the perfect balance between history, culture and water fun! We saw so many incredible things and the tour guides were amazing! We saw so many sea turtles and beautiful fish, saw a sting ray too. We got fishy pedicures in the cenote too ;) We got to spend the whole day learning and exploring from Adrian, Juan Roko and Aturo :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
One of the most memorable moment during our vacation trip.

My husband and I recommend this excursion at 200% ! Tulum was gorgeous but I think we could have had better information from the guide that assisted us (big big group, we've been split in smaller ones). The best parts are definitely the Hilarios Cave and Akumal beach (just 9-10people). This cave is quite unique, the entrance a little bit impressive (yeah, the whole is small and you don't see the bottom from the top) but at the end it is not scary. There is a line you can hold, you're floating with the life jacket, you never have to put the head in the water. We saw plenty of stalactite and stalagmite and even bats. Our tour guide was amazing and extremely helpful. The lunch buffet was nice and then the time at Akumal beach was awesome. The beach itself is wonderful and what you get to see underneath even more beautiful. I know the point is to see turtles but there is even more. A big yes for this excursion ! To know : we were picked up early (7:20am) from hotel at Playa del Carmen but left for the excursion only at 9:15-9:30 because everybody is meeting at the same place and then people get distributed into smaller groups. I should have take a breakfast with me.
