We provide ground transportation from and to your hotel. Your pick up time will be assigned according to your hotel distance. If your hotel or air&b isn't listed don't worry we have pick ups at almost everywhere and we can organize that & inform you before your tour date. In Tulum we have 4 meeting points close to your hotel and air b&b. Restaurant El Camello Jr, Super AKI Tulum, Super Chedraui in Tulum and Hotel Kore Tulum. THE MORNING TOUR ENDS AT 13:40 PM You will be dropped off at your pickup point around 14:45 PM. THE AFTERNOON TOUR ENDS AT 17:45 PM You will be dropped off at your pickup point around 18:45 PM.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The excursion was ok for us and the people we're fantastic with a very upbeat personality. The communication between the operator and our driver was horrible and they were over 30 min late picking us up which we almost cancelled. Riding the ATVs were just on the roads you came in on and not in the jungle per day like they indicated. The time for this activity was only 2hours not 4. Was a little disappointed from that aspect.

Good Tour for Beginner Adventurers

I enjoyed my tour with Mystic Adventure. I was in Tulum for a Solo bday trip and I always need a little adventure. This tour is good for more beginners or low level thrill seekers. The ATV was okay, would have preferred a little more mud. The ziplines were okay. Please keep in mind that I am an adventure seeker who has ziplined, skydived, and done ATVs in many places including rain forests and the Sahara Desert. If they ever do a thrill seeker version, I would totally do it as the staff was so nice.
