The crew was on point. Never an empty drink on the boat. Would have liked to snorkel a bit longer. But you can’t start drinking til after the snorkeling, so I get it. The lagoon was so beautiful and perfect. Could have used one or two more cocktails at the lagoon though. Chat up the strangers in your group!

Fun and adventurous

Went on a solo excursion and I had so much fun. Our tour guide was very sweet and she was even nice enough to record me jumping at the cenote for my memories. I would definitely do this again!

Great tour, but book it locally at your hotel

Great tour Great team But, others paid only $80/person, we paid €130/person. They booked the same tour in the hotel much cheaper.

We had a great time ziplining and visiting with the monkeys. We were also served lunch and got a chance to visit the coco plant and taste some of the best coco and coffee.

We greatly enjoyed the lagoon very cool and water was very refreshing. Although you only spend like 20 minutes there. Cruise and snorkeling are a short quick trip as well. I recommend booking another snorkel trip if you are really looking forward to that aspect of it

The lagoon was amazing, well worth a visit. In fact I would love a trip just there without snorkeling. The snorkeling was OK, the guides were great, but the boat had super loud music, too loud.

We didn't get to snorkel because of the wind. Very disappointing. I would've rather had my money back. Then we went to the lagoon and they only let us stay for 15 minutes. Pick another trip.

Fun but very stressful morning

The actual excursion was fun. You swam in one cenote and the catamaran was good quality, but the pickup was absolutely horrible. The driver was 45 minutes late and hard to contact. Once I was picked up I was dropped off at the resort that the reserve is inside of and waited for another hour for other people to be dropped off. No idea where they came from or why they got a later pickup than me. Wasted 2 hours of my morning. I should’ve just toured the reserve myself in this time but I was told to wait. The whole process was very confusing too as I had no idea if I was even in the right van once I was picked up since everyone else on my ride there was going to a different tour. Feels like they forgot about me and then scrambled to get me a ride somehow. Overall, I’d skip the tour for the reserve (do it yourself and you will have much more time to explore and see further cenotes) and just find an individual catamaran ride if you wanted to do that

You know some customers are punctual, others show up late, others don't show up at all, delays can happen. The customer service was top notch! Highly recommend this tour. If there is one excursion you do, make it this one. It felt luxurious and we did so many activities in a short span of time but still did not feel rushed.

Great trip overall. Lasted about 6 hours from pickup to dropoff. Be prepared to have a longer bus ride (~60-80mins) depending on how many other people they are picking up before you arrive at the marina. Also be sure to eat a good breakfast because snacks won't be handed out until after your snorkeling session. The water was a bit cloudy where we snorkeled but we were able to see some fish and lots of coral. The staff were lovely and very enthusiastic. Be ready for singing and dancing on the boat! Very family friendly excursion--highly recommend!

Beautiful half day excursion

Catamaran, sandbars and lagoon were amazing! We chose not to snorkel because the surf was too rough but others did. The guide and crew were very friendly and fun. It did take a long time to get there and get going but all in all great excursion. Definitely recommend!
