Lousy customer service

I DO NOT recommend this company. Impossible to get hold of them once they get your money! Unable to confirm pick-up time for return to airport. Transport showed up in hotel lobby 15 hours before our flight. Unable to reach company to re-schedule (3 different numbers provided). Ended up having to make alternative plans to get to airport, although fare had been paid for return trip. Stay away!

Difficult and unreliable

Finding the driver at the airport was difficult; we eventually found the counter with my name on a board, but once it was removed it seemed like no one knew who I was or who my reservation was with. Took about half an hour for a driver to be located and we were finally delivered to our destination in a decrepit and dirty sedan by a nonverbal driver. We were then contacted a day before our agreed upon pickup by a driver waiting in the lobby to take us to the airport (even if he had been there on the right day he'd have been three hours late). There was no response to any of our requests to reschedule pickup for our originally confirmed date and time, and unsurprisingly no one showed up on our confirmed pick up day. We had to take a taxi from our hotel (which cost $60, *double* the original rate for a round trip transfer). When we contacted Viator about a the issue after returning home, we were refunded a whopping $11. Would not recommend this service.

Did not show up at airport. Then tried to hustle another 70 usd out of me stating my booking was done thru a 3rd party that was out of business

Dear, you were not going to Punta Cana, you were going to Uvero Alto. There are 40 kms of distance from one place to another, so the rate you paid doesn´t correspond. And you were advised by Viator with enough time to modify the booking with the correct product, but you didn´t do it. We didn´t confirm the booking, we didn´t make the transfer, and we didn´t get paid. If someone charged you a rate at your arrival, it is because we didn´t accept a wrong booking with a wrong rate and someone in the Airport was offering you a different solution. We suggest for next time to be alert about information provided by Supplier and Viator.
