Punta Cana to SDQ transfer

We booked a shared transport from Punta Cana to Santo Domingo airport. We end up with a private transport for the same price. The driver was on time, the car brand new equipped with wifi. I recommand this company.

Good Ride But Service is Unreasonable

This is a great deal, but the service was not reasonable. My boyfriend and I booked this service to pick us up from Santo Domingo airport then transport us to our hotel in Punta Cana during the first weekend of September. Two of the main factors we choose them was due to the great reviews and the excellent price. Unfortunately, I am not completely happy with the service. My boyfriend and I live in two different countries. We planned this trip as an opportunity to connect and enjoy a new destination. On his way to the airport, my boyfriend's car broke down and he ended up missing his flight. I on the other hand, made it to Santo Domingo. I did not find out that he missed his flight until I landed, which was after 8pm. Upon arriving to the terminal and looking for the driver, I walked up to someone holding the "Coming2" sign. He told me he did not have a reservation for me but he really did, I think this was just a language barrier. I had been working with a representative via WhatsApp who helped us figure things out. I expressed the situation regarding my boyfriend to the driver and he told me they would be able to pick my boyfriend up the next day but I would need to call their office in the morning or coordinate with the representative via WhatsApp. I was then escorted outside to another driver who kindly and safely drove me to my destination with ease. For the next 24 hours, I ended up going back and forth with the representative and Viator via WhatsApp regarding my boyfriend's situation. I tried calling their office but no one would answer me. The WhatsApp rep was my only contact. The rep advised me that I will need to book an entire new reservation and pay again. Not only is it unfair but the price was more than double what we paid the first time. It became impossible to discuss the matter further as they would take hours to respond. Ultimately, I was told by Viator that because we didn't cancel within 24 hours prior to our reservation, we lost our money and they could not help us. I asked to reschedule, then I asked for refund and was told by this company that I did not qualify for either. Every other company we dealt with on Viator had no issues allowing us to reschedule given the circumstances, so why did this company give us a hard time? It makes absolutely no sense that they would think we could anticipate a car break down 24 hours ahead of time. In the end, we had to find another company to transport my boyfriend and for less than the initial price, at the very last minute. It was a huge inconvenience and inconsiderate overall. Since we had already paid for roundtrip (and likely would not get a refunded), we opted to use them for our trip going back to the airport. Again, the driver was kind and courteous with no problems. Their vehicles are modern, comfortable with plenty of space, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. However, I am highly disappointed that they do not offer any flexibility in such extenuating circumstances as ours. I also wish they would reach out in a timely manner to coordinate pick up. I had to reach out each time to confirm details on each leg of my trip. I will not be booking with them again in the future and I caution others to be aware.

Relaxing Good Service

The drive to and from our hotel was great. It was relaxing. We had Wi-Fi and A.C along the way. Even though the drivers didn't speak much English they were friendly and still tried their best to communicate with us and tell us the different places we were driving pass. It was a lovely experience and was worth it. Just remember to tell guest what time they will be picked up after checking out of the hotel. Keep up the good work.

This shuttle service was great. Prompt and affordable. They were ready and waiting for us at the Sto. Domingo airport.... which was great because it was evening and we were tired. Kindly gave us time to go buy water and use the restroom before heading out on a 2hr+ trip to Punta Cana. Our group of 6 got a van to ourselves enabling us to go straight to the hotel. And again the same for the return trip... very prompt waiting for us at the lobby at the time stipulated. Also, they were great communicators both times we reached out via Viator messaging to confirm ea. pick-up of our roundtrip transfers! Thank you so much Coming2 for making things easy, convenient and stress-free!!!!

Safe driving, on time arrival

Great safe ride. The ride is 2 hours and 10 mins from SDQ to Punta Cana. The drivers were great. I had to ask what time I would be picked up returning to airport but customer service was helpful. The van is clean and was a little hot coming back but it was a very hot day. I highly recommend Coming 2.

Amazing Shuttle Transfer!

Great Service! I was a bit nervous at first because I booked the trips separately instead of round trip from the get go, but the whole experience was awesome. The drivers were all very nice and willing to stop in case we needed to go to a restroom. The assistant called me the day before we left to confirm our departure and the return driver was on time as promised. Would certainly recommend.

Would not recommend for round trip travel

I booked round trip travel with Coming 2 from Santo Domingo-Punta Cana and back. My ride to Punta Cana was smooth, Andreas was waiting for us at the airport in Santo Domingo and were ready to go almost immediately. The day we were scheduled to leave to go back to Santo Domingo I called Andreas around 8am to double check on transport back. He said someone would be there by 12. After about 15 minutes I called again and was told that someone would be arriving in 20 minutes and to be on the lookout for a van with “Coming 2” on it. After 20 more minutes I called Andreas told me they’d be there in 2 more minutes. I called again and was given the number to someone named Vlad and was told that he would pick me up. When I called Vlad he had no idea what I was talking about. When I spoke to Andreas again I was told to have the front desk call a taxi for me. I booked round trip transport to avoid having to worry and scramble to find a ride to and from Santo Domingo and also to avoid the high cost of a taxi. Instead I was given the run around, time wasted, and lied to for an hour as being force to pay $200 for a taxi in addition to the $160 I had already paid for transport through Coming To.

Took the shuttle from SDQ to our hotel and we enjoyed our experience so much we chose to book the shuttle back to the airport after our vacation. The entire experience was so easy and simple and when we did have questions the operators were very quick to respond.
