The driver never picked me up and Viator does not allow me a refund. It seems disrespectful to the tourist who trusts the service. I had to order another taxi and it cost me much more. I almost missed my flight. —— El conductor nunca me recogió y Viator no me permite la devolución del dinero. Me parece una falta de respeto para el turista que confía en el servicio. Tuve que pedir otro taxi y me costó mucho más. Casi pierdo mi vuelo.

Terrible service. We never got picked by that company. No one knew who they were at the airport. We spend an hour looking for the driver. We had no local number to call. I lost my money and ended taking a taxi. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

It was easier than I thought to find Keyla and then it was just a quick wait for the car to pick us up. The driver (sorry can’t remember your name) was funny making the ride to the resort enjoyable.
