Peter, our tour guide, was brilliant. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The tour itself was amazing - I would highly recommend it. Pick up from No 13 outside Centre Hotel Midgardur was effortless. Plenty of stops to get food and drinks l and go to the bathroom. Had lots of fun. Thank you.

Our Guide! Mike is one if the best guides and he KNOWS Iceland. He is engaging, knowledgeable and so fun. I regret not asking him if he did Northern Lights Tour. When I return to Iceland I will be requesting his tours!!!

Amazing Tour & Experience! Would Recommend!

Tour was amazing! If you want to see amazing waterfalls and glaciers go on this tour! This is a full days tour as they say and pick up is early but so worth it. We done several stops on our tour which included Skogafoss and Seljalandsfoss waterfalls. Also got to see Solheimajokull Glacier and had lunch overlooking the black sand beach. Our tour guide Alex was great! Very knowledgable and friendly and even stopped part journey so we could see some wild horses which was amazing! So much to see on this tour and was a great day out :) Thank you Alex and thank you Holiday Tours!

Switch my tour without giving option too cancel

I book this tour and it got canceled. However a representative call my phone a day before and said your tour got canceled but we put you on another tour with glacier hike . Now they didn’t give the option too cancel this even tho its the company fault. They said they try contact me and I didn’t respond via email . I think they should have called at least 2 days prior if there wasn’t a response on the email . I was not prep for hiking especially with the correct footwear. When I book this exact tour it was too avoid the glacier hike . Eventually got put on it without a choice.

Alex was a very helpful and informative guide. The scenery was amazing and of course all weather dependent on what you can see and do. We got to go behind one of the waterfalls which was amazing. Dress appropriately for it as we went in winter. Was a fantastic experiance.

Seeing a glacier in winter time. The waterfalls. Black sand beach with sneaker waves. Basalt columns on the beach. Extra stops at scenic places. And the tour driver, Josip, who was fun, attentive and informative. And has good taste in music.

Excellent guide, beautiful scenary, long drive, but well worth it. Small bus, so a little cramped, but comfortable enough. Good to see some things outside the Golden Circle

Lucas was an amazing tour guide! He is passionate about what he does and shared many stories about the history and geography of the area. He was an excellent instructor on the glacier hike and ensured everyone’s safety along the way. This was definitely my favorite part of the whole trip. If you don’t have a lot of time and want to see a lot in one day, this is the tour to take!
