    It was an excellent and very efficient service. The company kept me informed all the time, from a few days before our trip to when we arrived at the airport. The vehicle was a local taxi which was good. From the Rio airport to the hotel near the Copacabana Beach, it took an hour which was good considering the traffic. Excellent value compared to the tour company that would have charged us 4 times as much. Highly recommended.

    It was an excellent and very efficient service. The company kept me informed all the time, from a few days before our trip to when we arrived at the airport.     They claim to arrive before my flight even landed. The company text me with the person contact information. I contact them they responded after thirty minutes telling me the driver was released. And they can't send another person or even call the driver back if he was released after I walked out. Unheard of but. Use them at your own risk.

    Everything was very good, we got information and photo upfront., so it was easy to find the meeting point. Monnalisa our driver is a very good and safe driver. she also was happy to answer all our questions about Rio de Janeiro, and my hubby had a lot. she made our transer very pleasant. highly recommend and would book anytime again.

    The driver never showed up! They are not reliable. We looked everywhere and was told to meet at the information desk. We stayed there for a while then went looking for driver. Went back to information desk a second time and the driver never showed up.

    Well, the driver for some reason was stopped by the police and checked his papers, so he was 45 minutes late. Then when we finally got to the car he realized he had left his keys with the police (either that or he lost them). He had to call another driver to come get us and take us to our hotel.

    Generally, it was a pleasant transfer experience. I was met at the airport by Danielle. She was very polite and organized. My only suggestion is since the dispatcher is from a different company, you want to assure the passengers that these companies are working together. For a first time visitor, it may be a bit confusing. However, I still give the overall experience 5 stars and would recommend.

    Met at airport no problem by rep of company. She took us out to our transport which was a beat up small car with non English speaking driver. The driver dropped us n the wrong spot and we had to direct her to the right one. Would not recommend get an Uber instead

    Horrible!!! Stay away ! We waited for 45mins at arrival for them to arrange a car for us. The car had CNG gas tank and could not take 2 full size bags ( we had three). I understand things happen but instead of making it right for us they refused to refund our money and just asked to get a taxi from the airport and pay for it ourselves. I would avoid this company.

    Unsatisfactory! I booked a car for "up to 3 passengers, with 3 suitcases", as there were 2 of us travelling with 2 suitcases, and some cabin bags. The (admittedly quite nice) driver of the small, dirty, beaten up car counted our cabin bags as suitcases and refused to take us, so we caught a taxi! Consider this before booking!

    This is a first time to my family on Rio de Janeiro. We arrived and someone was waiting for us in front of the Tourist information office with my name. She was very nice and we waited a little bit because Rio’s traffic was terrible but we enjoyed our time on the airport as well. Driver very nice. Thanks

    Everything was okay. Except I was promised and paid for English speaking driver. However the driver, otherwise a very nice guy, didn’t speak even a word of english . So my concern is that Viator didn’t deliver what it promised and changed me for.
