Not for kids under 13

Wish there was more of a description on the tour about how we were going to be traveling to the colosseum. It is not family friendly. We are in moderate shape. This tour is not for kids under 13. They should specify that. My 9 year old from her bike and we had to turn around. I give it 2 stars out of 5 because our tour guide walked us to our Uber. But beyond that I was disappointed.

Hi Syed, Thank you for your review. We are very sorry you had not the chance to enjoy the real experience. Unfortunately your daughter, she was not perfectly able to ride a bike and you asked only later to come back. It is a real pity, because if you had been honest at the beginning about your daughter skills, we would have insisted in offering the trailer, which is perfect for kids who are not completely ready yet for cycling in an urban context. Regarding our City Center Bike Tour obviuosly goes through the city center and is perfectly suitable for kids and families as long as we have a proper set up with the guests before starting. We Daily have a lot of family tours with Children and they all feel comfortable even under the Age of 13 because we provide parents with all accessorizes they would Need. Anyway I am sure we will do better next time.
