        Hot Garbage Tour Operator and Viator!

        We had a 2pm/14:00 tour booked and we didn't get in until after 4pm/16:00, and then our guide got in a fight with other guests and was EJECTED by security!!! OK, but one bad employee shouldn't ruin the bunch, right? NOPE, when we tried to get our money back for a 2 hour late tour that NEVER happened... all sales are FINAL, POUND SAND! Even Viator told us to get bent!

        Hello. Its been said wrong as we face sometime like this sort of travellers.Though are customer and Big Market place " VIATOR "always look after this. As I get CONCERN from OUR Co-ordinator that you lost the group and went to other groups. We cannot do nothing if you loose the group from this Peak Hour Season. Thank you . Explore Italy Today
