I was tasked with booking the tour for myself and my friends. At 3 AM the night before the operator contacted me to inform me the guide has Covid. The operator was kind enough to offer an alternative tour but never responded when I asked about details. It was too late to book any other tours. Massively disappointed and embarrassed.

We had such a wonderful time in Rome at the Colosseum! Our guide, Cecelia, was the best tour guide we’ve ever had and we lived abroad for awhile, so have been on many tours. I can’t believe how much we learned and the stories we’d never heard before! She also does the Vatican and we will definitely use her for that too. This was a private tour. Just me and my husband. But, of course, she does all sizes.
