Miguel, our guide, was superb. He was very knowledgeable, both in breadth and depth. In short, easily one of the most impressive guides we’ve ever experienced. The sites chosen were all interesting, from the beautiful park (featuring the rare black-necked swans) to the city views from the O’Higgins memorial, and the downtown plaza, museums, cathedrals and government buildings. In our view, this was a perfect orientation to the wonderful city of Santiago.

Julio was an amazing tour guide. He knew the city very well, took us through all types of neighborhoods. We got out and walked some, it was appropriate, but not too much. We would absolutely recommend them and use them again.

It was very pleasant half day tour. It included walking in Bicentennial Park, Santa Lucia Hill and the city centre. Our tour guide, Miguel, shared many historical facts of the city with us. He also gave us many travel tips. Recommend this tour.

This was a very good tour and showed us the highlights of Santiago . From here we could branch out on our own and see a few other things in more depth . It was so much easier being driven around than trying to find everything on our own, especially when we don't speak Spanish. Our tour operator was very knowledgeable and also very pleasant.

There are not enough words to describe the charisma of Pablo and "Big John." They are hilarious and made the trip so enjoyable. They're both very informative and passionate about what they do. Although the tour doesn't take you to all of the notable landmarks of historical Santiago, you definitely see more and you learn much more on this tour than venturing out on your own. Wonderful time, would definitely recommend Pablo and John to anyone.

Pablo and Big John were great guides. They were prompt and communication were without reproach. The tour was fine but slightly anticlimactic. Pablo was knowledgeable and offered great insight into the history and beauty of the capitol city.

Our guide, Cristian, and driver, Juan, were both very attentive and friendly. The tour was only a small “taste” of Santiago, but our visit was short and that’s all we had time for, this visit. My wife and I loved all the history and context and appreciated being able to ask questions and the answered received. We never had the sense of the experience being scripted, rather is was a very extemporaneous, personalized tour of a city - and country - which our guides clearly loved.

Christian (with Big John driving) gave us an interesting tour of Santiago, with lots of ancient history and more modern as well. Very informative and pleasant. Nice talk in a park to start out, then a climb to the top of St. Lucia hill where we saw the whole city, and then through parks and a cathedral downtown to the president's office, that was destroyed by Pinochet in the coup of Sept 11, 1973.
