    Our tour guide Eugene was excellent - we learnt so much about the history of Chile and the trip on the cable car was great - it gave you an amazing 360 degree view of the city - he also took us to a beautiful park - he was great - very friendly and kind and a great conversationalist! We highly recommend him!

    I can’t say enough great things about our tour around Santiago with Eugenio. He was warm and friendly as well as being super knowledgeable about Santiago. He took us around to the best places! The highlight was Cerro San Cristobal, with the gondola rides. Definitely worth it to get a comprehensive tour of Santiago. Thanks Eugenio for the great memories!

    A fantastic tour! Eugenio was knowledgeable and engaging. The time flew by as we saw so many wonderful sites and learned the history of the area. Highly recommend this tour.
    Half day Santiago tour

    The tour guide was a pleasant elderly man who appeared to have a physical limitation. He did not accompany us when we left the van to tour the presidential grounds, Cerra St. Lucia or cathedral. He provided some history about Santiago. However, on subsequent tours we learned much more information. Overall, we were disappointed in the tour.

    Eugenio was very clear in his communication pre-tour. He’s very personable, professional and punctual. Such an enjoyable day - explaining history, interesting sites and personal anecdotes. It was Palm Sunday and the experience at the top of San Cristobal was very moving. I would recommend this tour with Eugenio very highly!

    Eugene was friendly and knowledgeable. It was great to be escorted through the city in an air conditioned bus and navigate through attractions seamlessly. He shared about his own life and Chilean culture. Recommend enthusiastically!

    Our Tour Operator Eugene Vasquez contacted us the night before the tour with a message on WhatsApp and message to our hotel front desk. We were awakened in our room by the front desk at 10:45 p.m. with a message that our 9 a.m. tour was changed to 1:45 p.m. Through WhatsApp, we also learned that our "private tour" for two people was going to be with a different guide and that two more people would be joining us. We requested changing the tour to the following day, Saturday, but were told that was not possible. We were also not offered a lower price given the tour had changed from a private to a small-group tour, therefore, we requested a refund. Luckily we had two more days in the city and were able to schedule another private tour the following morning. I would not recommend starting a tour in the afternoon in March as it is summertime in Santiago, and the afternoon is also much more crowded.

    Eugenio was a fantastic guide and took us to places we did not know existed. great trip and value for money. Visit to statue of Virgin Mary and surrounding area including very interesting coffee stop. Great walk around city centre with fantastic architecture

    The tour was true to the description provided. Eugene was very personable and engaging. His extensive knowledge of Santiago was educational and entertaining.

    Very disappointing experience. We saw most of the features represented in the guide, however the information provided by the Escort was minimal. The guide was more interested in speaking about himself or to the Driver in Spanish which neither of the couples on the tour spoke. As we passed historical Buildings we were advised of their names with little other information. When reaching a site we could visit, we were dropped outside and told we would be picked up in a suitable time for us to walk through. The Guide and Driver stayed with the vehicle throughout the tour. On one occasion we were dropped off in front of a building with instructions to meet in 30 minutes with demonstrations underway and a very high Police presence surrounding the building. No explanation as to the nature of the security or instructions other than meet on the diagonal corner of the Square. On another occasion we were dropped off in the historically significant main Square of the city with the Cathedral, significant statues surrounded by many buildings of historical and architectural significance. No explanation regarding anything we were seeing was offered or provided, unless we tagged along behind Guides from other Tours. All Tours depend on the Guide and in this case we were extremely disappointed with memories we will take from our tour of Santiago.

    Wonderful private tour! Extremely knowledgeable tour operator Eugene provided excellent overview of the city! We had limited time in Santiago but he was able to show us all major sightseeings in different areas of the city. Thanks to Eugene, we fell in love with the city. Recommend to take this tour with Eugene.

    We got separated from the group and missed seeing the Saint Maria statue. Our guide, Eugene, took the time to get us back to see it before leaving the area. We appreciated that extra effort.

    Juan is a lovely man. He showed us everything on the list. With just four travelers, however, he was very soft spoken as it I was difficult to get much of the information whether in the van or walking.

    Very nice tour of the city, both new and old. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and told us a lot about the country and the city. At the end of the tour he took us for a lunch to great local restaurant.
    Wonderful custom private tour of Santiago

    Our guide Chenier picked us up at our hotel and started our fabulous journey around the city. It was a bit dreary our weather-wise, but that kept the temperature low. Chenier gave us so much information about the history bod the city and the key people. He kept us entertained throughout. We stopped to see all of the following: - Casa del Terror - La Moneda presidential palace - Plaza de las Armas - Cathedral of Santiago - Mercado Central - Sculpture Garden - Patio Bellavista - Cerro de San Cristobal funicular It was wonderful that we did not need to navigate the streets and find parking! Our guide asked multiple times our interests to customize our tour which was lovely. It made a really great day!
