All trip was great. From begining to the end. We want to thank all the team especially: drivers Gakal and Wael, customer support Elarya, guide Mona. We were taken from hotel as described, met in Cairo airport, driven to the Giza Pyramids, History Museum, Parfine and oil shops plus apapirus fabriqye. Super amazing. It seems like we were for a day in a fairy tale. The only thing is that Canel ride was not included in the cost as described. But its ok, maybe something was wrong, cause we were in a bit of rush. Thank you Nice tour for everything. See you soon!

Absolutely joke flights was cancelled 8 h before flight, they offered trips online which they can't do. Worse experience ever, will never use this website again

We booked the private tour in Cairo after booking we were contacted by verena who was very helpful gave us our itinerary sorted out plane tickets and even upgraded us to business class , Verne’s was inconact from the the day of booking to the end of day of our trip , we had Christina as our guide she was the absolute best guide we could ask for so informative , showing us all the best spots taking pictures could not recommend her more , we plan on coming back to Egypt and booking another tour and asking for her to be our guide , Ahmed was our driver he was so kind and a very good driver he bought us tea and even pointed out things as we were driving around lovely man and again could not recommend him more amazing trip amazing day and it’s all thanks those mentioned

Great experience. Nice and easy, from pick up from the hotel in Sharm, flights to Cairo, and meeting the crew outside Cairo airport to take is on the tour. Really nice and easy. No faults. Don't feel pressure to buy anything from the vendors/sellers, it's their job to try and sell perfumes/souvenirs. Would easily recommend to people.

5* Experience from start to finish!!! Thank you Mostafa and our driver Mohammad. Mostafa’s knowledge is fantastic and kept us entertained all day!! We enjoyed our day so much and we were able to add a stop to the bazar on the way back to the airport! Loved everything!! The pyramids, sphinx, camel ride, papyrus factory, buffet lunch, museum and bazar. Mohammed had a unlimited supply of water and a delicious pineapple drink. We’ve got some great photos thank you Mostafa!!!

We were very happy we booked this private tour for a day during our holiday to Sharm el Sheikh, organised by Elarya at Nice Tours. We had excellent communication and personal service from her. Everything went smoothly with pick ups, flights (with a nice surprise of an upgrade), our tour driver was waiting outside the airport and then collected our brilliant guide, Dina. As well as having a partly bespoke day, to spend time at our preferred locations, changing to the “mummies” museum and going on a sunset boat trip on the Nile , we give special thanks for her photography skills! We also had a delicious lunch at a rooftop restaurant location overlooking the pyramids. Options to purchase at Papyrus shop and other traders, we limited those as we were more for the sightseeing, but understand these were good opportunities for all involved. Thoroughly recommend going on this tour with friendly professionals who accommodate your wishes

Good tour, rude guide

The pick arrived 2 hours late when we reached Cairo. We were made to pay for admission to the pyramids as the guide didn't have money, the guide claimed his card didnt work/didnt have cash. So the group paid for admissions and the guide said he will pay them back. He reluctantly gave them the money back. At the museum forced to pay for Audio headsets or no entry. Towards the end the guide forced the group to give feedback and forced them to only give 5 stars and nothing lower. The car was stopped mid way and they were forced to give 5 star feedback.

That was the excellent choice Take that company to see and heard About Cairo. Very good guide Tour Man Shaban Alex student of famous Profesor of Ancient Egypt which he past lots history and fantastic information during the day.Great time and relaxing lunch with view of piramids.He was so helpful and giving advice to deal with local nobody bothered me during the day like privet bodyguard with my family.Evrything was smooth and no rushing you can spend so much time wherever you want. I can like that so long but simple I have to say Big Thanks to Alex and to the company Nice Tour for organising and make my Family like VIP. We will Never Forget That Day!!!

We had a great experience! There was excellent communication throughout the trip on whatsapp from Nice Tours. Specifically Elarya from the booking team was super! Always keeping us updated and checking up on the day that things were going to plan (very reassuring when you’re travelling in a new country and don’t speak the local language) A special mention also to our guide Mostafa who was very knowledgeable in all aspects of Egyptian history and made every effort to accommodate our requests for the things we wanted to see. Lunch was delicious with a great view of the pyramids. I highly recommend you to book with Nice Tours and especially the Cairo say trip - you won’t regret it. Thanks to the whole team!

The pyramids are breathtaking- well worth going. Bear in mind that entering the big pyramid has an extra cost of 440 E. per person. We agree with other reviewers on this: the shops we were taken to (restaurant and papyrus place) tend to pressure you into tipping or buying, but we only paid for what we consumed/bought only what we wanted. Did not get to go on the camels due to time constraints but that was fine by us. Our driver (if I remember correctly called Mohamed) was OUTSTANDING, took us around and back to the airport safely, told us about so much history making it fun and engaging and was overall fantastic. Our guide was good and knowledgeable too only note; we didn’t love the fact that she started taking pictures of us with her phone without asking if we were okay with it and not explaining why she “needed” them. Elarya who organised the trip for us was really good. Appreciated all your help. Overall a good trip, would recommend it.

I was able to cover all the must-see places in one day, including the pyramids, the sphinx, and the museum. A stop at a papyrus painting place was also very good as I was able to buy some nice souvenirs. The guide Amr (aka Rambo) and driver Ali gave me a great personal tour of Cairo. I also appreciate the WhatsApp support from Elarya.

The organisation and communication sent to us went well from Elarya. The only bad thing was the flights booked for us with AlMasria Universal Airlines. The organisation, service and communication was really bad from the airline going out and coming back. They just didn’t know what they were doing and we were kept waiting round at every stage. Also our hour flight back was delayed by 3 hours and me and my 2 children didn’t get back till past 1am the next day😕😕😕 The transfers were good and on time. Our tour guide was lovely and I felt safe for my children and me with her in Cairo. She can only get better and better as she continues her work. Being able to recognise some customers want more information than some others might be useful for her to take on board. I would have been interested in more information on the journey to places as well as on the tour. Maybe some other customers might be more interested in more photo time and less information? We liked her very much though and would book her again 👍🏻

Great experience, but could have been better

The day was an unforgettable experience. It was a bit too long. No need for an early flight there and late flight back. We were met by a taxi driver who didn’t speak much English and then taken to a really rough cafe to wait for our guide. I would suggest not doing that. Pyramids were good. But we paid an extra £25 to go on a horse and cart. The tour said camel was included. This was not the case. But we had some memorable photos. The Sphinx felt like an after thought. Didn’t get a good view of it. Worst part of the trip was being taken to a shop and we were pressured into buying some tat. Lunch was average. Museum was good. Organisation was perfect. Lots of good messages from Elarya. She was brilliant. I’d give her 5 stars. Rambo, the tour guide was good. Very knowledgeable. It should be a 4 hour experience that’s dragged out over 10 hours. Be prepared for a long day and a few ‘extras’ but worth doing.

Amazing tour to Cairo

Had an excellent day with Amr Rambo and our driver Ali. They tailored to our ends perfectly with an 8 month old. We elected to skip the market due to the baby and they took us to a wonderful coffee shop to relax at. It was a very long day with door to door service which was all amazing. Highly recommend this tour but expect a 16+ hour day

Our trip started off rocky. But I was in constant communication with the rep who was able to resolve the issues. Once on the trip everything went smoothly, our guide Rambo (Amr) really looked after me and my sister well - gave us tons of information and ample time to enjoy the trip with ease, and the driver Wael - gave us a great door to door service, from taking videos and pictures of us to standing by looking after our belongings. Overall a company worth booking through again.

Disappointing trip!

Honest review! Communication was excellent, collected on time, business class flight and collected on Cairo. Coffee in a not so nice ‘cafe’(questionable). Off we went to the pyramids to pick up our ‘guide’ Got to the pyramids and was asked for 900 egp to go inside. (He paid 240 each out of our cash that we had already paid for!) Walked to the second pyramid and went inside. Stupidly we trusted his every word but turned out we didn’t actually go into the giant pyramid! After asking to go into the smaller pyramid he agreed but I didn’t want to do my husband did. Bassam(guide)was insistent on taking photos of us and selfies. He said we needed to make a review there and then. My husband had my phone to take photos inside the pyramid. He, after my husband came back connected my phone to his hotspot and sent me a link(which has since been deleted!) I was hot and didn’t want to do it so said I would do it later. We didn’t want to go on the camels and seems we had a lucky escape as would have parted with more money! We pulled on the road alongside the Sphinx as were told we had to buy a different ticket to get in. As some others said, taken to a ‘papyrus’ place and given the hard sell(didn’t buy any) then to an oil place same thing. Off to lunch, my husband ate some however I am coeliac and daren’t eat anything(yes I did tell the operator in advance). After, off to the museum and we had an hour, he left us to go around on our own. We could have spent a lot more time in there, it was fantastic. No market as described. Drive to the airport was hair raising but we got there in one piece. Overall, we felt conned and it has made us very wary of booking anything else while we are here. The entrance to the pyramids is 240. To go inside the giant pyramid is 440. He showed us 440 on the board and told us to ‘trust’ him!! Sadly he never bought the ticket for the giant pyramid and pocketed it! Such a shame that a trip to a beautiful place is clouded over by essentially a ‘questionable’ guide! After messaging the lady via whattsapp she said yes 900 is to go inside, shame the guide didn’t buy the ticket! (We asked for the tickets as we keep everything from our trips, it was for 240!) We did get collected from the airport by a lovely driver and reached our hotel. We have asked for a refund of our money and it’s been read and no reply.

A must do trip!

This is a must do trip! The day is long and has an early start but is well worth it. We were a group of 11 including two small children and throughly enjoyed all the sites seen during the day. Leading up to the trip, Elaria, was incredibly helpful and responsive with booking all the flights and ensuring our driver and all logistics were in place. Once in Cairo our driver (who’s name I dont remember but he was a great driver in the Cairo traffic) picked us up and headed to the Giza pyramids. On the way we picked up our tour guide, Mostafa, who was amazing! He provided so much information and made the trip a bigger success.

An Authentic Egyptian Experience

If you want an authentic experience of Cairo, take this tour! When we booked this tour we were very nervous but everything was very well organised. We booked this tour before we travelled to Sharm El Sheikh, Elarya the organiser got in touch via What's app to give us flight times and all the information we needed beforehand. Everything went smoothly, from pickup from our hotel to the flights and our driver was ready to collect us from Cairo airport. Our tour guide Aya was absolutely fantastic, she was very knowledgeable and showed us all the best points of interest and took photos for us. The included lunch exceeded our expectations when we were taken to a fabulous authentic restaurant for some local Egyptian cuisine which we all loved. A very long and tiring day, but thoroughly worth it, an experience we will never forget! Big thanks to Elarya the organiser, Aya the tour guide and our drivers Wael and Abdo, they all did a fantastic job and made our day very special.

interesting Cairo trip (but watch your steps)

Seeing the pyramids and Sphinx nearby is impressive! Museum & souk Khan el Khalili very interesting. Guide Mido & driver Ali did a good job.. Disappointing is the early departure, 2:20AM instead of the booked time of 07:00am. And then waiting for more than one hour for the guide to arrive! Also we had to pay for the camel ride, which was actually included in the booking. After complaining we got refunded.

Cairo Trip with Mostafa - Single immediately!!

It was a very good informative trip. Our guide Mostafa was so patient with us and gave us a good tour. He was helpful in the shops and also took good pictures for us. Due to the traffic in Cairo there was not enough time for the bazar so maybe towards the end choose whether you want to go to the museum or the bazar. Everything was a great experience - communication and service. Thank you so much to both Mostafa and Elaria. We wish we wasn’t too tired so we could have given more of our energy to Mostafa!
