Oh my...one star?! We are so saddened and disheartened to receive this type of review, among the over 2000+ excellent reviews, on all social platforms. However, we appreciate any and all feedback, as we are always looking to elevate the guest experience! We only want the best for all of our guests! If there are ever any issues (which is very seldom), we much prefer to come to an immediate resolve, by DIRECT CONTACT. Certainly not public forums, which can do nothing to resolve an issue. :(
We do regret that we fell short of your expectations. We understand the importance of receiving a satisfying culinary experience, especially considering the investment made. We will review the specific tour structure and food offerings, with the guide, to ensure they should have aligned with our standards and guidelines. Sadly, your tour guide is completely heartbroken over this review.
Please note: Tours are NOT conducted in a progressive style. There is no specific dining order, as it is a 'TASTE' of the city. The portions served (at the 4 stops) equals up to a nice size lunch or dinner experience with wine pairings. Also, if we had known that you were a return guest, we would have been more than happy to visit all new venues. However, this tour was booked through a third-party reseller, and we were not aware.
