The tour was great except that the guide we had wasn't very at ease to explain things. We had to ask questions all the time if we wanted him to speak.

Our family enjoyed this beautiful & comfortable trip to Mt. Fuji. Our English speaking driver Mr, Saqib was very accomodating, he answered with certain knowledge our inquiries about each place we went to. We recommend booking this private tour and request for Mr. Saqib :)

Best way to see fuji in a day

Our tour to Mt Fuji was incredible. Highly recommend the company and our driver Ahmed whose English was excellent and was so friendly that from the minute he picked us up we were relaxed. Ahmed took us to everything we wanted to see, and had excellent local knowledge of how to avoid the crowds in peak season. He was able to recommend a local ramen place for lunch that was excellent. I liked that we were able to communicate via what’sapp before and during our trip to arrange for pickups. We never felt rushed and the van had plenty of space for our party of 4. The company will let you customize the tour to see the things you want to see.

NOT A GUIDED TOUR BUT A TAXI DRIVER WITH LIMITED ENGLISH

Unfortunately, this was more of an taxi driver rather than a guide. The guide could not speak good English as advertised. There was no guided tour, just drop offs at various locations. A recommendation for an Indian restaurant for lunch that overlooked a car park was the final insult when we were previously recommended two restaurants overlooking the lake. Also the driver did not accompany us on any of the stop offs and we ended up googling the areas of interest so guided ourselves around the day!
