We appreciate our guide's knowledge of the area's he took us to. However, we wished he was able to interact with us a little better. We felt he was very scripted and if we asked something off his script he did not comprehend. The areas he took us to were very nice

Seizo was very knowledgeable of Japanese history and landmarks around Tokyo and Japan. The tour also gave us as new visitors to the city a valuable insight to Japan's extensive transport network. Seizo altered the itinerary so I could buy a cooks knife and provided assistance at every turn. Highly recommended.

After we enjoyed delicious Chirashi or Sushi in a small fancy local restaurant, we visited one of Japan's most important meeting points: the bronze statue of Saigo san. Also, I was delighted that you often asked me good questions while we curiously strolled around the Tokyo city centre. I was thrilled because you had a special interest in Japan. I am staying for about ten days in my first trip to Japan. To orient myself, I decided to book a four-hour tour of Tokyo for the morning of my first day. I am really happy I did.
While planning the tour, when I at first had a hard time deciding which sites I wanted to visit on my first day in Japan, Izumi wrote first and proposed an itinerary of several of the most iconic sites in Tokyo. After I mentioned some other places was interested, Izumi adjusted the route to include a couple of those spots. We ended up visiting five sites, the last one only briefly. For this four-hour tour I recommend planning for three or at most four sites so they can be enjoyed at a more leisurely pace.
It was great to have Izumi explain the history and culture behind each site that we visited. Izumi’s English was excellent and he had great familiarity with the city and the subway system and train systems, which we used to navigate between the sites. He made sure I knew that the tour was flexible and that he would be happy to accommodate if I wanted to stay longer at a place or adjust the itinerary in the middle of the tour.
In additional to giving me recommendations and information on other places I planned to visit on my own, Izumi also gave me really useful tips on using the Tokyo metro system.
This tour was a great start to my stay in Japan.

Never been to Japan before. We booked the 4 hr trip, and Mato our guide, contacted us beforehand, told us a little about himself, asked about what we would like to see/our interests.
Before we arrived he had the itinerary, turned up punctually, and took us around for4 hours explaining everything about the sights, Japan in general. He also gave us advice on the rest of our trip and looked material up for us!!
