Our night tour with Umi was the highlight of our trip to Tokyo. She was an expert driver, even during rush hour and seemed to know every street and special stops for pictures. She also provided a lot of information about the city. She was so warm and enthusiastic. If you can choose one trip, don’t miss this one. Her English was excellent as well.

Authentic Local POV and Special Moments

Magical! It was a gift for my husband for our 5th wedding anniversary. We had a local Japanese guide. I loved her personal point of view. The car was sooo luxurious, with some local snacks, Evian, and a happy note congratulating on our anniversary. I think she caught on the romance theme and she brought us to some precious little moments throughout the city. I was sad to see the tour end. We got wonderful photos out of it. Thank you!

Miyu Yamada is the ultimate tour guide. She explained everything and told us important facts about each sight. She was very knowledgeable about everything. She is so considerate and thoughtful about our comfort. When we come back to Japan we will surely look for Miyu again. Miyu does custom tours and is a very good and safe driver. Highly recommended 7 stars

We had a great time seeing all the sights, also our driver Takakashi Ian was great. She was very nice and helpful and answered all our questions and took us to all the spots we wanted to see. I would definitely recommend this tour to someone if they come to Tokyo.

Great alternative Tokyo tour

Tokyo is a huge city and there are so many interesting areas. This is a great way to see the city lit up at night with all the neon advertising, landmarks and streets bathed in artificial light. It is a long time driving around all the areas but you get to see so much, stopping to get photos if desired. Ms Riley our chauffeur for the evening spoke excellent English and was a very safe, professional driver She was knowledgeable and pointed out all we needed to see. We covered a lot of ground from Odaiba, Rainbow Bridge, Imperial Palace, Tokyo Station, the Buddhist shrine, Ginza, Golden Gai, Shinduku, Tokyo Tower, and Shibuya crossing. So many of the night time shopping & drinking streets are so different, and better, at night when they are a lit up. Great experience and very different - definitely recommend this tour.

Aimi was a great driver and very kind. She took us to all the must-see sights for the night tour in Tokyo. However, the only thing that would improve this experience is the tour provides some insights, information and history of the places we saw. The tour was mainly a driving tour where the driver drives us from one place to the other.

Great communication and service. Our Fuji tour was rescheduled due to the weather and it happened to be rescheduled on the same day as this tour, I sent a message asking for a change they were booked out for other dates but they had no issues waiting for us if we arrived back late from our other tour which was very nice. We arrived back on time and our guide was so amazing and funny we love her! She even made a quick stop close to our hotel for a quick snack because we were so hungry and everything was closed at the hotel. It was truly appreciated. Thank you for making our last night in Tokyo truly amazing.

Natsuno’s flexibility saved the “night”!

What I appreciated most was Natsuno’s flexibility and patience with our late arrival due to our very delayed flight . We were able to easily communicate with her via text about our delay and she willingly adjusted our pick up time. Knowing we had our 12 and 10 year old granddaughters with us, she greeted them with a personally made card with an anime sketch and recommendations for their stay in Tokyo. Her English was excellent and just cheerfully responded to all their questions. We were starving by the time we got to our hotel with no time to eat dinner without totally missing our tour. Narayan had delicious snacks and bottled water waiting for us in the van which our granddaughters devoured! Even though it was raining we got lovely photos, some of which she took of our family. She listened to our interests and needs throughout making our first night in Tokyo a very pleasant and memorable experience. I highly recommend this tour and our guide Natsuno!

One day only must see Tokyo

Diver picked us up at the airport and showed is the highlights of Tokoyo as well as some things that were unusual request that our family was asking for such as a couple of car showrooms. Temple, radio tower, Tokyo tower, emperor palace and food market was was our best part as he allowed us to experience the local food market area. Our suitcases and backpackes were in the car everytime we stopped however we always felt safe.
