Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park is the full name for those red-rock landscapes you know so well. Beloved by Hollywood, this sacred area claims almost-eerie rock formations that soar up to 1,000 feet (305 meters) from the dusty desert floor. Under the jurisdiction of the Navajo Nation, you can see some formations from the highway, but to truly explore the area, you’ll need to go deeper.

Great views and great guide.
Great guide. Not sure I can imagine a better guide than Bobby. He was knowledgeable and eager to answer questions and gives tips on where to take pictures and other advice. Could use some clean portapottys

Monument Valley Tour
We had an amazing tour with Gary from Navajo Spirit Tours. He was very informative and helpful with the people in our group who were limited in walking. He shared information with us on the Navajo culture. I highly recommend this tour.

Great experience!
My friend and I decided to do a backcountry tour of Monument Valley. We highly recommend Tyrin with Monument Valley Safari. It was an intimate and very educational tour. He took the time to also take photos for us as well as showing us all the hidden gems you wouldn’t see if you just drove the loop yourself.
