The London Eye offers panoramic views of world-famous central London landmarks from its prime location on the Thames River waterfront, opposite Houses of Parliament & Big Ben. The 443-foot-tall (135 meters) Ferris wheel was built to mark the millennium in the year 2000 and has since become one of the most popular paid tourist attractions in the United Kingdom.

Excellent experience. Lots of space at reception. Clean toilets in the main building and plenty of them thereby avoiding any queuing. For a small fee we were able to use left luggage for our suitcase.
Although downloading from the Viator app to Apple Wallet clearly states 2 adults the people admitting is on the London Eye requested to see two individual tickets.
Downloading the pdf of the different views helped us pinpoint local landmarks.
Great visit of Westminster Abby with our very knowledgeable tour guide Lucy! Lots of valuable explanations provided. Ample time to see the church and take photos. We were accompanied safely to the London Eye, which was also memorable.
Cloudy and rainy day, but still nice views from the Eye. There was a long line for the non-VIP guests. Also nice that the VIP guests are put in a car by themselves, so ours was not full at all. This is the only way I would consider doing the London Eye.
Perfect trio for seeing some wonderful sites on a day in London.
Fabulous day. No rushing between venues. High recommended. Started with the HOHO bus at Victoria Station, got off to ride the London Eye, immediately next door was the cruise taking us to London Tower. Great day!
We purchased the London Eye Guide and it was worth the £8 to have while on the ride so we could tell what we were looking at. I would definitely recommend bringing binoculars or purchasing them.
Not sure if advanced tickets were necessary this time of year, but it was nice to have them.
Great value for all that is included! Cruise, 48 hour access to the Big Bus Tours AND fast tracking through the long line ups at the London Eye was ao helpful in the heat of the day!
Windows were clean so I could get good pictures through them. It wasn’t as good because many stops closed due to protests but that wasn’t Big Buses fault.
Fantastic way to get an overview of London’s iconic highlights, movie locations, and plenty of historical factoids. Greg was a fount of London knowledge and accommodated requests like visiting Abbey Road, Shakespeare’s Globe, and an area which could’ve served as inspo for Diagon Alley from Harry Potter. We even witnessed the beginning of the Changing of the Guard at St. James.
Cab was also very clean. Highly recommend!
Totally worth it! Our guide was very friendly and very knowledgeable, and knew exactly where to go at each site for best photos. London Eye option the way to go to finish off a great tour of the city. Don’t bother with Harrods option as you can visit the building separately and realise for most people there’s nothing special with Harrods.
