This was an excellent choice for the money. Everyone was very pleasant and the hot chocolate on the cruise was amazing. The hop on hop off was easy to see most everything, but some stops were closed due to the marathon, but our driver diverted to get us where we needed to be. The London eye was quick and had wonderful views. I would highly recommend this tour.

Packed 2 Days!

We were able to cover the entire city within the 2 days which felt like a great value for the price we paid. I preferred this over using public tranist as a first time visitor to London. We also really enjoyed the recorded commentary because it added a lot of value. The busses came by frequently enough that we were never waiting more than 10 minutes and there was only one time where the bus was too full for us to get on. I would recommend fully researching the stops and planning ahead for what you want to see, it was unrealistic for us to fit in all 40 sights, even in 48h. One of the drivers ended up driving on the wrong side of the road to avoid another bus and then almost ran over a pedestrian's foot...but her road rage gave us something to joke about afterwards. If you're okay with doing a little pre planning this is the tour for you!

Fun way to Tour London!

We definitely recommend this option to tour London. We only had one day to see the sights. Our group of eight had ages 9-50. It was wonderful to walk around, and hop on the bus and listen to the history while taking us to a new location. We loved the London Eye with amazing views in all directions. We did the last river cruise available which was an amazing way to end the night!

Honestly it’s not worth paying when you can take the public transportation. Plus I had a problem with the London eye ticket and they didn’t help me solve it.

The London Eye was great but a heads up that even after you book a timeslot, you will still have to wait a while to get on, we waited an hour after our reserved time. The rest is as expected, it was really nice to have drink and snack options on the river cruise!

Everyone made it easy to get on and off of the eye, the boat and the bus. A list of bus stop locations before we started would have made it easier to figure out where to catch a bus to start but once we were on the bus we got the information we needed.

I found this booking very average, it didn't deliver what it promotes. It's basically just prepaid tickets with no guidance, no organisation, no nothing. When I arrived at start destination noone knew anything about where to go, where to start or where anything ended. As for the cruise, that was just a complete waste of time. No one knew anything about this booking at all, When I asked staff if they could help me I was met with indifference and I was given the run around. Some staff were quite rude and most were disinterested. When I finally found where to go, and joined the very long queue thats where we remained for 3 very long, hot hours!!!! We stood in the heat and waited with no explanation, cruises came and went but we continued to wait, many people left, as they other bookings, some because they couldn't take any more waiting in the sun. Then to top things the cruise stopped with no planned return!!!! 😑 Took me 4 hours!! to find my way back🤦‍♀️

London Eye and River Thames cruise were great, but I was incredibly disappointed in the hop on/hop off bus part of the tour. The “Big Bus Tours” app was very difficult to navigate and the employees who were not able to answer questions. Busses were not easily accessible or available. I would skip the bus part of this tour - it really was terrible.

Perfect trio for seeing some wonderful sites on a day in London.

Fabulous day. No rushing between venues. High recommended. Started with the HOHO bus at Victoria Station, got off to ride the London Eye, immediately next door was the cruise taking us to London Tower. Great day!

Loved it! Worth every penny. Only wished the Green route was more frequent like the Blue/Red line and made more stops. There were parts of the route that, to me, would make sense to make a stop.
