I will let you discover the flavors and aromas that accompany our days and I will reveal the ancient secrets that producers still use today to produce Parmigiano Reggiano and balsamic vinegar. We will have fun preparing a good dish of fresh pasta together using just a few ingredients for a mouth-watering result. You will discover how in Emilia Romagna we are used to using few ingredients and having a lot of patience. All this on the gentle hills in the Modena countryside, far from city traffic and mass tourism and in contact with nature and the passion that distinguishes us. Infants, children and teenagers can participate, but only children at least 18 years of age or children at least 16 years of age but with explicit parental permission will be able to taste the wine.
