Perfect family adventure

It was an incredible adventure. Our guides Michael and Riker were knowledgeable, fun and made us feel safe at all times. We were all a bit nervous about the final zip since you go on your belly, facing down, but it ended up being the most fun of all. Highly recommend this tour when in Kauai!

Super fun Ziplining in the rain!

We did it in the pouring rain, everybody was soaked, some of us were shivering from time to time, but we were in high spirits! Lot of laughters. One of us was not feeling well, her husband joined us instead. Waiver was signed at the last minute. The lady in the office was very friendly and helpful. The two guides were amazing. Witty, charming, efficient. There was a tree blocking the road on the way there, it was already removed on the way back. It's a fantastic team. We had a blast, the rain only made it more challenging and fun!

The experience was like no other. The groups of 12 worked perfectly. The tour guides we awesome, Very knowledgeable and friendly. The zip lines were fun and worked your way up to the longest zip line in the state. I won’t say much about that one, you have to experience that for yourself. You won’t regret this! It’s a must see!!

We had so much fun! Our guides were amazing and made us feel safe the whole way through. There are four different platforms and zip lines and each was better than the last. The final one is 4000 feet long and takes your breath away. So worth it!

All 4 zip lines were awesome, especially the Fly Line! 4000 feet flying like Superman across a canyon! Patty & Cannon were great guides! They were super friendly and shared lots of history of the ranch. Was cool to l learn how many famous movie scenes were filmed there….Raiders of the Lost Ark, Jurassic Park, and more. The guides knew exactly what they were doing with equipment and made everyone feel totally safe!

Overall, the experience was excellent. The operation seemed very well run. Both our guides, Khayman & Michael were very friendly, capable and attuned to every group members' needs. Khayman did an ice-breaker intro on the way to first zipline and made sure the whole group got to know each other. His memory for names and other info (like favorite film or hobby) was very impressive and served to make people very comfortable. Both the guides provided relevant Film related, Kauai legend/culture related and Nature related info all along the route. When on the ziplines, they explained exactly what they were doing and made folks feel quite safe. The ziplines themselves were exhilarating, specially the final one. The views of Naiwili harbor and the mountains/forest were superlative. There is only one small but significant way in which this experience could improve - and I made this suggestion on the tour also - I wish they would look into installing good photo/video equipment that could take people's photos and videos while on the ziplines. That would leave the patrons completely free to enjoy themselves without having to worry about keeping their phones safe etc and give them so many more memories. And ofc, this could be an additional, optional service per family/group that would come at an extra charge.

Our tour guides, Sabre and Sarah, did a fantastic job. The operation was very well organized. Safety equipment and procedures were very clearly reviewed. We were able to go have a great time and learn some great history of the Kipu Ranch along the way.

We had such a fun time zip lining! We have never done this before and the guides made us feel comfortable and they were very informative of the land we were on and different history/facts. Worth going and doing if you are in the area.
