Jag kommer aldrig att använda den här gruppen igen. Vårt namn stavades fel på ankomstskylten, som jag kan leva med. Vi beställde en bilstol för ett litet barn, men det kommunicerades inte. Vi var tvungna att vänta i 30 minuter för att de skulle hitta en plats. Den de hittade var smutsig.

We take all complaints very seriously and we do our best to resolve any issue you have encountered with us. We have refunded you for the car seat. Also, our shared rides generally move relatively quickly. Unfortunately, on occasion we do experience delays and we do what we can on our end to keep things moving as quickly as possible. Our apologies again for not meeting your expectations.

I cannot say enough positive things about this experience! The team had great communication with me upon landing. They monitor your flight to give you enough time to grab your bags and find them. The staff was incredibly friendly. The ride was amazing, basically a 30 minute tour from a local about the history of the island, recs, and ideas of things to do. My driver even gave me an incredibly detailed map of Maui. I was the only one in my shuttle which made the experience a bit more intimate but still, definitely recommend for anyone visiting the island.

Got a call the day prior confirming our flight and pick up. Our driver was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived. He even gave us butter rolls his mom makes in Hawaii and Hawaiian candy for our ride!

We called as directed to do in our confirmation email once we retrieved our luggage. We were advised where to go - the airport signage was not very visible, but the company immediately saw us, called our names and got us to where we needed to be.
