Refusal of Service

Your sub contractor refused our confirmation and hung up on us. We were stranded at the airport. We called your Vegas call bank and have received notice of a credit. However, this does not compensate for the disrespect, embarrassment with my guests and the terrible start to my trip.

Worst Service Ever should have given Zero Stairs

The service is the worst I’ve ever had. I paid $60 for two round trips from the OGG airport to the Grand Wailea. The driver told me to call 24 hrs ahead of time to schedule the trip back to the airport. When I called to schedule the returned trip they said the $60 was one way and they had no available drivers for the returned trip. The trip was on a bus and I could have gotten a taxi for less. I will never use SpeediShuttle ever again and I will tell all my friends the sad story and tell them never to use Speedi Service.

It took us awhile to get our luggage, and so the operator called us to make sure we were okay and that we knew where our shuttle was. We were excited to see how comfy the van was (15-seater Mercedes)! The driver was super-friendly and happy, and provided a bit of a tour on our way to the hotel. Would take again!

The driver was there on time and was very helpful. We had a lot of questions that we needed to know about the island and he was very knowledgeable and a great great customer service.

Van driver late. Hard to locate pick up point

It was very difficult finding the pick up spot. Should have been made aware of that when ticket was issued. Called to find out where to find van. Person was rude. Could have said turn left when exiting baggage claim and go all the way to the end. Look up for Speedy Shuttle sign. As simple as that.

We were told that the driver will meet inside the airport. But he was in his vehicle. We had to go outside him and ask him to help us with luggage. I was unable to reach him through the Viator app. The good thing was that we were the only passengers in the vehicle although it was shared.

frustrating and no customer service to talk to

most memorable was that the ride I booked and paid for did not show up !!! There was no phone number to call and talk with someone. Had to chat with the tour operator from Speedi pick up who said I did not have a booking even tho I had a confirmation # and booking #..horrible service .

Poor communication with the company. I was charged an extra $11 at one point and it was because they outsourced to Uber for our pickup but that was a blessing. We waited 10mins for pickup because of the outsourcing but not being on an airbus was nice.

We had a great time. Would highly recommend this trip. The road to Hana is a must to see Maui. I would recommend asking for Gordon as your guide as he was fantastic. We learned so much about the island because of his experience. He made sure we were taken care of at each stop.

After I called, upon our arrival & baggage retrieval completed, Chester arrived in a very timely fashion. He was courteous, engaging and very knowledgeable about current activities in the area. He also explained that our drop off spot was different from the main area and explained how to reach the main lobby easily. But most importantly, after discovering about 30 minutes after our drop off that we had left a cell phone in his vehicle, he did answer it when we called & returned it to our hotel. A+ service!
