Capt Jan was extremely informative. We learned so much about the city of Amsterdam. It was a very enjoyable boat tour. We especially liked that it was a small intimate boat.

I have done the big boat tours and they are fine but this was more personal. With a smaller boat we got to see the lesser travelled canals and the wine and snacks made for a grand experience.

We loved this tour. Easily one of the best things we did in Amsterdam and is a great way to see the city in a different way. The boat is awesome and having a smaller group made the tour so much more enjoyable and relaxing. Romin was so kind and he’s very knowledgeable about the city. The tour was informal with no scripted commentary. He pointed out many highlights and lesser known points of interests but largely responded to questions prompted by the guests. If you want a nonstop historical rundown this might not be the tour for you, though I have no doubt Romin could have answered any question asked of him.

Wonderful canal cruise with Captain Dave. Beautiful and comfortable boat. Drinks and snacks provided. A relaxing sail around the canals with all the sights pointed out and explained. A great 90 minute tour with Captain Dave!

Our Captain Romun was awesome! The boat is beautiful, and quite comfortable whether it is a cool or a sunny warm day. We enjoyed this crew so much as it allowed for lots of conversation in a smaller crowd.

This was so much fun. I knew I didn’t want to be on a canal cruise with a ton of people so I picked this one based on the old boat. I had no idea the amount of history behind it which made the journey extra special. Jan was an amazing captain. He was very educational and pointed out some great sights. Recommend this canal cruise

Had an outstanding evening with Captain Dave! We initially booked for 2:30 pm but Dave reached out to recommend an evening tour at 6 pm instead which we did thoroughly enjoy. The canals transition to being lit up at dusk which provides a very unique experience. Dave took us through the 9 streets canals, the tiny canals within jordaan, the seven bridges, past the opera house - basically everywhere in Amsterdam and provided insightful commentary about the city’s landmarks, history and culture throughout. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an intimate and personal cruise experience with a real local!

A very enjoyable afternoon cruise with Roman our skipper. He welcomed us onboard in a friendly, relaxed manner. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions confidently. Wine, beer and nibbles added to the enjoyment, as well as the other guests, who were a friendly bunch. A perfect choice!

Captain Dave was a terrific guide—sharing stories about the history of Amsterdam, engaging information about sites, personal anecdotes about growing up there, and gave us a choice of 3 different tours—the group chose one other tours didn’t offer. And a beautiful boat, lovely. Really worth the money.

This was a lovely tour. I felt like I was in a movie cruising the canals of Amsterdam. It was a small group which I preferred. It was a very warm day in Amsterdam which made the day even better. I would recommend this cruise if you are looking for the more intimate cruise and not a booze cruise with many people.
Great Boat Tour for a Family with Kids.

Excellent boat tour through the Amsterdam Canals in a historic and beautiful boat. Guide was excellent and a native of Amsterdam. He really had a lot of great information about the city. The best part was that he let our children ages 10 and 6 steer the boat through the canal while he was talking to the guests. It was an unexpected pleasure for the family to see our youngsters driving the boat through such an historic city.
