Great cruise, the boats electric engine makes it a really great way to glide through the canals, we seemed to cover quite a distance in the one hour cruise. The crew were very welcoming and we learnt some interesting facts on route.

It’s the perfect way to see Amsterdam and we learnt some really interesting things. Claire was a wonderful guide and the whole crew were lovely and welcoming. Thoroughly recommend!

It was ok. Nothing exceptional. The live guide was friendly and spoke good English and easy to understand but we think he should have shared more information about AMS and its canals since this was a canal cruise. He pointed out the important bldgs but could have given more information about them.
Also the boat wasn't clean, there were scraps on the floor and on the seat cushions which was off putting. But they did provide cushions for the back to make the ride comfortable and that was v much appreciated.
The biggest issue was the meeting place address was not written on the meeting place. How does one find 15F or 15D when it's not written anywhere? The tour co should have better signage/flags to make it easy for travelers to find them. There was v little effort made by the canal cruise company to assist travelers in locating the meeting point and that did not make it pleasant for us.
Lastly It is a OPEN AIR boat, no coverage in case of rain or wind so be aware of this. We were lucky that it didn't rain and wasn't windy for our tour but AMS weather is so unpredictable! This boat would be a good option during summer months.

Amazing fun canal cruise. Both guides were knowledgeable and fun. It was informative and cozy. We went on a cold day and were welcomed with warm cozy blankets and unlimited drinks, choices between beer, wine, hot drinks (coffee and tea) and soft drinks. The setting on the boat was comfy and felt more personal than most other cruises (traditional benches). Overall a fun enjoyable experience.
