      Too many delays, too little information

      When booking it was difficult to get information as to difference in Deluxe or Standard. After booking, Viator gave limited information. A day before I was passed over to Nice Tours, who did not have info that I gave Viator. At midnight they changed pickup to inconvenient time and place -- and then did not show. Then boat did not leave until 4pm, so only an hour of Nile view. We never had an unpleasant itinerary. After I was on the boat, I learned I had paid for 2 nights on boat, but I had a hotel prepaid. The boat arrived 2 hours late in Luxor (8 pm). And where they dropped us off there were no taxis or staff to help. Deluxe does not include WiFi or any beverages.
      Cruise was great however Nice Tours messed up with our transfers .

      Waited for 40 mins and yet no taxi came for us. Inspite of repeatedly mentioning we have to catch our flight so pls make sure taxi arrives on time. Nobody answering calls and not even informing if the taxi is coming. Very bad way to finish a great experience we had on the cruise. Everything would have just been perfect. Nice tours you need to learn to inform the customers in a better way and communicate.

      Nile Cruise is one the classic travel experiences in Egypt which is worth trying if you're making inland from the coast. We took the shortest option from Aswan to Luxor without additional tours in either city because visited all the landmarks on our own before. Basically it was a kind of transportation tour for us down the Nile after we made in to Aswan. Just the views over Nile are absolutely worth it. Special tanks to our customer manager Elarya Hany. Communication was smooth and easy. The was not a single moment where we had to wait in between the transfers and I was positively surprised with the entire attention of their team. Elarya was in touch with us during the entire tour making sure everything goes well. And it did indeed. Thanks. Highly recommended :-)

      Elarya at Nice Tours was so helpful. We were picked up at the agreed collection point and taken to the ship which went smoothly. Th we ship was lovely - clean, tidy and spacious. Easy to get chairs on deck which were very comfortable. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all great. In addition, free tea and cakes were served on deck each afternoon. Our cabin was very quiet and comfortable and we had great sleeps.

      We cannot recommend this tour enough. This is the best way to travel from Aswan to Luxor. And best deal you can find online if you don't want to spend several days on the cruise ship (note that cruise ships dock against each other in Aswan and in Luxor and the vibration and noise multiplies). The whole cruise was calm and incredibly enjoyable. Far better than we thought it would be. Food was decent and beds were comfortable. View from the bedroom window was magnificent. The top deck was blissful with plunge pool, bar and sunbeds. Massages were worth the extra cost as well. Large water bottles were available for 25EGP. All other drinks were very expensive. Cocktails were expensive and not nice. You can buy Sim card with internet data on board at a better price than the ship wifi (no free wifi option available). Elarya from Nice Tours organised every detail for us and we were able to stay one extra night on the ship in Luxor after we arrived, which was a great gift from the company (we used them for multiple trips across Egypt and they were excellent). 1000% recommended. Absolutely best experience we had in Egypt!

      I gave it 4 stars because normally after booking with Viator, the tour operator reaches out to confirm details, they did not. I sent numerous messages and even contacted Viator 3x to make sure I was getting picked up. I did not hear from the company until literally the night before and then I was told there was a charge of $15 USD to transfer me to the boat (things that could have been squared away had they responded to my numerous attempts of communication). I didn’t have to wait once dropped off, I got right on the boat and they took me straight to my room which was very nice! The food was okay but the staff was really nice. Overall it was a really nice overnight cruise but the communication could be MUCH better. I was literally stressed out until the night before I was to leave and when you solo travel and try to plan ahead, it’s not a good feeling.

      Watching the nile and the impressive landscape from the upper deck was exactly what we planned to do. The crew was very attentive and friendly. The standard of the ship met our expectations as well as the food. Organisation, particularly the related communication was very good. Pickup at the hotel: The standard of the car however gives room for improvement: no seat belts for the rear seats! When arriving at the jetty, we had to wait more than half an hour before boarding. Nevertheless the cruise was the right choice for us and we enjoyed the trip very much.

      Be cautious that this is a 2 nights cuisine regardless the title says 1 night! Otherwise you will be just like me who is the only one in the cruise check out before second night and everyone else stays. The crew was confused and surprised about this and said we could stay one more night for free. This just makes me look like a fool. I would definitely stay if someone told me I could so that I don't need to book a hotel, but unfortunately no one did this. Overall I feel like this agent wasn't able to provide all facts and truth, which put us in a very embarrassing situation and wasted money for hotel.

We were giving special free gifts to our customers for "Black Friday Deals", so we gave you a free extra night and changed your tour from a 1-night to a 2-night cruise, and Instead of getting a thank we got a 1-star review really disappointed from a Weak-Minded person. I really recommend you to make a someone, Like your wife, friend, or etc....  who is smarter than you and has a normal brain to speak instead of you because your mind is really weak You understand everything totally wrong. I don't blame you because it's most likely that you are a Weak-minded person so I hope from you to follow my recommdation.       Tolles Preis Leistungs Verhältnis! Ja es sind 2 Nächte nicht eine, aber das habe ich schon durch die Kommentare hier vermutet und daher auch mein Hotel in Luxor entsprechend gebucht. Wir sind auf der MS Nile Dolphin gefahren und die Crew war sehr zuvorkommend. Es gab reichlich zu Essen, die Getränke waren schon ziemlich teuer, aber zum Frühstück gab es Tee Kaffee und Saft und Nachmittags noch eine teatime. Abends hab es Programm, das aber in Rücksicht auf diejnigen, die eine frühe Tour gebucht hatten für die Tempel, pünktlich um 23 Uhr aufhörten. Die Kommunikation über Viator war eigtl nicht vorhanden. Kurz vor Beginn hat man sich gemeldet. Ab da an war die Kommunikation hervorragend! Marina von Nicetours war sogar um 4.45 Uhr morgens erreichbar und hilfsbereit, als der bestellte Guide nicht an Treffpunkt war. Das Problem wurde schnell gelöst und als Dankeschön hab es sogar noch einen Transport zum Hotel in Luxor inkl Motorboot, da auf der Westseite, mit vorherigem Stopp am Karnak Tempel! Das war wirklich eine nette Kompensation für den Stress an morgen zuvor :) Danke Marina:)

      El crucero muy lindo, una experiencia linda para hacer. Todo muy bien, hubo una problema con el itinerario que se demoro la llegada a luxor, pero Elaria de la empresa nice tour estuvo muy bien y lo resolvió perfecto. Muy recomendable.

      Personnel très sympathique pour une mini croisière réussie. Le temps de quelques heures nous avons pu profiter du Nil et de ses rives, étape indispensable lors d’un voyage en Égypte.
