Was surprised that guide could not come into park with us. He was lovely and very knowledgeable; Pick up went smoothly; car could have been roomier.

Our guide Alberto was good. We gave the experience a 4 out of 5 stars because Alberto was not able to go into the Park Guell with us because the tour operator did not buy him a ticket. We wanted him with us so he could explain points of interest in the park. This is a big miss for the experience. Everything else was good.

A wonderful tour of the highlights in Barcelona. Our English speaking guide Marco was incredible. He spoke very clear English, was well versed in all things Barcelona and was a great, safe driver. He showed up promptly at our hotel, customized the tour to our liking and answered my many questions about the historical sites and current customs and politics of Barcelona. I highly recommend this tour and especially Marco! Note -this should be your first tour then you can revisit the sites you find most interesting.

Rocio our guide met us at our hotel. She was very knowledgeable, personable and prompt. She ably customized our day so that we visited the places we had wanted to visit, recommended the perfect tapas spot for lunch and accompanied us to a shop where we could buy authentic handmade espadrilles. All in all a good day in a beautiful city.

And I’ll be thanking them as soon as we return from Barcelona. In fact, I’ll likely book private tours anytime I visit a new city for vacation and touring. We had Olga, who was lovely and flexible. She has lived in Barcelona for 5+ years, so she knew exactly how to plan the day based on our desires. I now realize how much you really get out of a private tour. She was knowledgeable about not only the sites, but other parts of the city, cultural climate, politics, and more. Learned so much by having her guide us. Great job Olga! Having just experienced two weeks of daily tours from Rome to Spain, this was by far the best of the best. Having a knowledgeable personal tour guide and drive is absolutely spectacular. Vicente started out asking us what our goals were for the day and he personalized the tour to match those goals. There is no way we would have seen so much of Barcelona without this tour. We learned so much about the culture and the people of Barcelona, in addition to some its rich history. It didn't feel rushed or canned as some of the group tours we'd been on. We had time to stroll, have a coffee in the morning and a wonderful lunch. Yet Vicente and our driver covered the entire city, from the Olympic sites, the beach, the Gothic quarter, the Gaudi building though to the Park Guell. They were not just drive by peaks either. We walked around the city and really left with insight and a desire to return.

This tour is fantastic and well worth the money. It is a private tour so it is extremely intimate and personalized. The tour provides an overview of the main highlights in Barcelona, and we were able to move through attractions as quickly or as slowly as we wanted. It was a good opportunity to make a mental flag for attractions we wanted to revisit in depth. We traveled in a private vehicle that was new and clean. Our tour guide, Hannes, was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He was able to show us many of the local places as we were passing through since that was one of my interests. He was extremely patient and made sure to make this tour about us. The booking process was extremely easy. The meet-up process was also easy. Tatiana was on time. Very professional. I told her that we have a ship to board by a certain time so she made sure we got to see most of Barcelona. Very knowledgeable in all places she took us. She even have tickets for us for a fee to go in to the park but decided that it wasn't going to work with our schedule. I know she lost some money with those tickets but never made us feel obligated about it. She said it wasn't our fault and there was a miscommunication in her company's part. I will highly recommend her.
