      This cooking class was definitely a highlight of my whole trip. Chef Antonio is so kind, talented, and knowledgable! I learned so much and the food was very, very delicious. I am a pescetarian, and Antonio went out of his way to help plan a new menu just for me. He was very communicative. I highly recommend this cooking class to anyone - such a fun, unique experience.

      Chef Antonio was very generous in sharing his rich knowledge of making pastas, of Bologna, and of living life. We feel so lucky to have learned from him and can’t wait to make pasta at home!

      Oh my gosh what a fantastic experience! Antonio was amazing made us feel like family and taught us how to make ragu and two types of pasta which was fun! Very small kitchen but don’t let that put you off what a fun time we had! A Must tour!!!!

      Chef Antonio seemed to truly enjoy passing on tips of the trade. Our teens produced real Italian food with his guidance. I would have given 5 stars but for some political opinions I wish he'd kept to himself.

      Chef Antonio was the BEST!! A great small group experience (total of 4 in the class)!! Don’t let the small apartment kitchen turn you off this experience. Chef Antonio is a walking enciclopedia of knowledge and not just about cooking!! He will make you laugh…walked away with some new skills, some new friends from Nashville, and FULL!! Grazie Antonio!!

      Chef Antonio is wonderful! If you’re looking for an authentic experience, this is it! We enjoyed how he really took the time to explain the technical nuances of cooking as well as the traditional methods.

      A must do experience for anyone in Bologna! Antonio was an amazing guide, not only just taking us through the recipes (which tasted unbelievably good), but also talking through the theory and culture behind proper Italian cooking. Although we booked for the food, the main reason the class was so memorable was down to Antonio himself. Before we met him, he was extremely accommodating when we had to rearrange at the last minute and we enjoyed his laughter, love for cooking and general kind-heartedness. It was a pleasure to get to know him in such an intimate environment, instead of a larger class setting, and we can assure you it is worth every penny. When we return to Bologna, we make sure to book in again! Ben + Anna

      Family of 4 Makes Pasta in Italy

      Our group of 4 (husband, 2 teenagers, and myself) had a nice time with Chef Antonio. We learned how to make 2 different kinds of pasta dishes. It was very hands on. We spent about 3 hours with Chef Antonio. My 14 year old was extremely jet-lagged and in a terrible mood. Chef went out of his way to try to reach out and make her feel better. We really appreciated his kindness. Please note that you aren't going to be in a glamorous American kitchen. It is a small, quaint homey kitchen with the basics. But there is nothing basic about the food that Chef prepared. The food was absolutely delicious. Chef served a bottle of wine with dinner also.

      As I said it was an emergency...you didn't even attend the class so your review is mean and unjustified, considering also the fact that you were fully refunded and you were even given more money for the disease. Very bad of you to leave this kind of review

      “It’s like dancing on the pasta.”What an experience! Antonio was full of cooking tips, laughter and a blessing to learn and watch his mastering. We loved and enjoyed laughing with our master chef in Bologna.

      Antonio is amazing. We got canceled by another class and found this one. Wow! How lucky for us. Want to really learn something? Then enjoy this class. Homemade ragu. Then learn to make fresh pasta by hand. Tortelloni stuffed with ricotta and fresh garlic and parsley. So good. It’s hands on and fun. Antonio is a great teacher. I learned so much and had the best time. This class is for cooks. It’s not some fancy play time. It’s real. And my wife and the other couple loved it. Eating our final preparations was so good. Can’t wait to try and give it a go at home. Thank you Antonio. You are the best. And so damn much fun!

      Ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, wir haben Ragù und Tortelloni zusammen zubereitet, es war ein Gedicht. Wir haben zusammen viel gelacht und zwei Flaschen Vino gingen auch drauf. Aus 3 Stunden wurden auch mal schnell vier. Wir konnten viele Tipps und Tricks mit nach Hause nehmen. Wir können den Kurs mit Antonio nur empfehlen. Danke nochmal für diesen Kochkurs und die Rezepte.
