    Easy way to get around

    Very nice. Miguel and Terry were fabulous. Great driving and great commentary. Sure wish Fenway park was included.

    Terry was a good guide. He knew a lot. We couldn’t get to the Old North Church. More humor would be nice

    Waited 1.5 hours, bus never showed up. Walked 3 miles back to hotel. 6 other tour providers went by while waiting for this one.
    I don’t trust getting off the bus for one to be there to pick up.

    We got off the bus at stop 6 and grabbed something to eat. When returning back to bus stop to finish the route we waited for half hour for a bus but none arrived. We seen a bus that turned opposite direction which took place at 345pm but still no bus came. 4 pm hit and now we were out of time for pick ups. Had person that could not stand anymore waiting due to physical health problems so we decided to by Uber to return to starting point. I did call but operator said he could direct bus to our location but would be another hour. We could not wait that long.

    We operate in every 35 min. Sometimes its 40 min but not more than that. Maybe somehow you missed our bus or didn't wait up to 40 min. Anyway Sorry for the inconvenience.

    There was not much to learn from the audio commentary as in my opinion it was not synced with the buildings we could see. Could not tell what building the audio was referring to. Very basic information was provided.

    Seeing the historical sites and appreciating the role it played in the early history of colonial America etc and all of the dedicated open green spaces. Boston had the vision for the role of parks that other cities should model.

    It was awesome experience.     knowledgeable and funny very convenient to get on and off. we were group of 20 everyone loved it. i had a great experience with terry our tour guide. this has encouraged me to try this in other cities.

    Very poor experience. The guide was inexperienced and had little local knowledge to share. They had to refer to notes on her phone. When asked what was that building over there she didn't know. Turns out it was the Boston Tea Party Museum. I would have thought a tour guide would know basic tourist attractions like that.

    There were no visible signs on where to meet the bus, once we called 7 times a bus came and was too full so we couldn't ride and had to wait for another bus after already waiting an hour. We road only for 2 stops and then it rained which pushed us inside the bus. Would have been nice to stay on seemed fun but I wouldn't know!
