Check-in at Rowes Wharf is located in the Ferry Terminal, a climate controlled public space, located on the wharf only steps away from our dock. If guests are lost or running late, please call us at 617-951-2460.

Enjoyable Cruise

Very peaceful and tranquil cruise around the harbor. Host only came on the PA system to mention key attractions. Otherwise, you had time to enjoy the views and scenery of the Boston Harbor. Vessel was very clean and organized. Has a bar, light menu and restroom. It was a little chilly for us so we ended up in the inside cabin mostly vs the upstairs open air balcony. It was nice to have the choice of being both inside or outside! Overall enjoyable Experience and would recommend it

Disappointing cruise experience

1.5 hour cruise of Boston Harbor w maybe 5 minutes of narration. Line could do a lot more with facts about Boston points of interest etc.

nice boat/not a "tour"

It was a beautiful boat and the crew was very nice. We thought it would be more of a tour. There wasn't as much commentary/information about Boston Harbor as we wanted.

Relaxing boat ride

We loved it! Very chill. The staff was great. The captain pointed out several cool sites, but did not talk the whole time. We will definitely do this tour again!

Cruise got canceled, was very disappointed. Only received one call regarding the cancellation. We are on vacation and it would’ve been nice to receive the call earlier so we could’ve planned with another company. Are stay in Boston wasn’t going to be long enough to reschedule for a different date.

We really enjoyed the views and that the captain provided highlights and interesting facts about what we saw without talking continuously so we didn't feel like we were missing anything. Appreciated that the bar gents came up and picked up our dirty glasses and they were very professional. Only complaint would be that I wished there was a better selection of drinks available. I understand that it's a small ship with one small bar so only minimal was available but if the beer selection could at least offer something non-hoppy for those that don't like that. I don't think those that do need all 4 choices.

I was exactally two minutes pass (yep late is late before anyone's criticism) but I was standing there not allowed to board enough though the ropes were not yet released, but the dude with the microphone said "Oops sorry we leaving " when I was standing right there.... Just terrible 😞. But no problems.. Sure it was probably a wonderful trip... Like everything thing in our lives this to shall pass and it did. Through the name of the Father, the Son and the Wholly Spirit. Yes and Amen 🙏

Hello Teresa, Thank you for booking a cruise with us. We are sorry that you were unable to attend the cruise at the scheduled departure time. We certainly understand that many factors can come into play in these situations, and that is why we strongly encourage all of our guests to arrive well before boarding time. While we do not know the exact details of your situation, we want you to know that once we have initiated departure for the vessel, it can be quite a process to reverse the procedure to allow additional safe boarding. Crew have to switch back from departure to boarding stations and interrupt service or lookout duties, line tensions must be re-adjusted from pre-departure positions to boarding positions, and so on. Radio calls may have been arranged with other vessels who are negotiating agreements to get underway, dock, or pass by. The whole procedure might delay our departure by an additional 10 minutes or more if there are no complications, which is not fair to everyone who is aboard at the scheduled departure time and expecting to experience a full cruise. It is a difficult decision to make, but we hope these details will shed some light on the reasons that we must stick with our schedule. We do hope you will have another opportunity to join us! The captain was very nice. He showed my grandchildren the wheelhouse and how the boat operated. This was my second time on this tour, and both times were memorable.
