No time for this and we...
Meg_N, Apr 2024
No time for this and we had to leave early because of health issues with one of our friends/visitors. I will say that King was very engaging as a first-timer, even though he still has much to learn. He'll be an excellent guide.
Response from Host, Apr 2024
We are so happy you had a great time with our CAST. We hope you'll visit us again when you visit one of our destinations.
Fun way to to see the sights of a city. We’ve done many on our time.
Marion_W, Apr 2024
Crafty’s narration & humour made the day memorable. We’ve now done Boston. New York. Washington Sydney. Oxford and London.

Great tour

The history of Boston was very interesting and the tour guide was very good and knowledgeable highly recommend
Informative but not good for a cruise excursion
Jill_B, Oct 2023
The narrative from the drivers was phenomenal! Very informative about the history of Boston. Did this tour rather than a ship tour. However a hop on hop off isn’t really a good option while on a cruise. There really isn’t enough time to do multiple sights. Would have been better off just picking our top interest and booking the individual tour. Viator is less expensive than the ship tours so is a great option if you are on a budget. My only complaint was waiting an hour at the pier for the bus to pick us up. It seemed to me they should have been more prepared for a Saturday with 2 cruise ships in port. We only waited about 20 minutes at the one stop that we got off. But we saw lots of long lines waiting. Most often there wasn’t enough seats to accommodate the waiting crowd. I would have booked a different tour through Viator.
Great experience

After walking for 3 days it was nice to take a break. We rode the NY bus and the driver was very knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor. Recommend!
Easy way to see the highlights
David_R, Oct 2023
Due to our cruise ship delayed arrival, we had limited time and could not to use the hop on hop off feature. This was a great way to see the city highlights. The pick up and drop off were very close to our ship and easy to find.
Great
Teresa_C, Sep 2023
Hummer was very informative AND entertaining! We thoroughly enjoyed our tour! Because we docked late, we did not have much time to explore Boston - the bus tour was a wonderful taste of the city!
Great way to see Boston
Eileen_G, Sep 2023
Great way to see Boston. Driver very informative and easy to find all bus stops. Will definitely do again in another city.
Good times.
Anthony_R, Sep 2023
The enthusiasm of the guides is awesome. Their knowledge and humor is also great. I need to come spend more time in Boston. I want to tour the library which is beautiful from the outside.
Bad experience
Paula_L, Sep 2023
We had to use Ubers to get around! There was no hopping on or off as buses were always full and could only accommodate two to five passengers at each stop. Use another company. We complained but they still were selling tickets to unsuspecting victims.
Response from Host, Sep 2023

We enjoyed the often humorous, but interesting, historical information we got from “Welby” “Earnest” (very important), and “Big Wheel”!
What a great experience we had!!
Leonard_J, Sep 2023
We went on the hop on hop off bus tour and the drivers really knew bostons history!!!we got off several stops had a great experience.
Good but should continue into the early evening.
Joyce_D, Sep 2023
The drivers were all very courteous and you could hear them well. We got to see a lot of areas of Boston. However, it would be nice if the hours were extended later as our cruise ship was late arriving and we were not able to hop off in many places due to the limited hours.
Great time
Donna_M, Aug 2023
Very pleasant experience. Easy to get on and off. Driver was very knowledgeable about the area. Highly recommend.
Waist of money and time
Aliya_Y, Aug 2023
Terrible experience - Seaport loop lane is inconsistent and there is no interaction map or schedule to know when to expect the trolley. It's every 45 min, but that's not truth - it doesn't worth to stay in stops 18-15 and wait for the orange seaport lane - you waist your time, but walk is 30min. Operator is not knowledgeable everything I called to ask if there is ETA known, to wait of walk- she/he saying on the way, another 5-10min, but actually no show - last and final call they say there is no bus on the line - what? Main orange line stops 1-14 is OK, every 30 min but busses come packed and you don't have seat - so you walk again on your foot, bless Boston is compact city and comfortable to do a self walking tour. Driver-guide (at list on my bus) was numbing to himself self stories, not even hearable at the back, no history lessons but... anyways - waist of money and time, you can walk all those landmarks with self guided professional audio guide in the same timeframe.
Good
Cammie_N, Jul 2023
Once you are on the trolley it’s good. If you can start your day at stop 1 that is better as they are empty in the beginning of the day there.

juneyn5aolcom, Apr 2023
We went to the site for our tour and they were closed. We had to take a competitors tour ad it was very good. The reservation person on the phone never said that they were closed until Saturday. We cancelled the charge on our credit card last night.
Over booked
Roy_H, Mar 2023
Over booked people had to wait for next bus. Other then that it was great. I would recommend this to friends.
